Great for working on live wires in the dark?
Indispensable for working on 911s, though I only need one size...
Or if cutting a live wire suddenly puts you in the dark.Great for working on live wires in the dark?
This is why it's important to always cut both conductors at once!Or if cutting a live wire suddenly puts you in the dark.
Yeah, but that only produces a brief flash of light. These things keep the rave going way after lights-out!This is why it's important to always cut both conductors at once!
I meant to be sure to trip the breaker so you don't get a surprise when you close the circuit with your hand.Yeah, but that only produces a brief flash of light. These things keep the rave going way after lights-out!
As far as I know both terms are used interchangeably for any cutters with that wedge style of cutting blades.I thought the angled head was what distinguished diagonal cutters from side cutters.

And now you know just which breaker energizes that circuit--seeing as you were wrong the first time.Saves one trip to the panel, as well.

Damn! That looks very useful!
I don’t know about life changing but when you know you know. Those are the only ones I buy. They are great for pulling nails and staples in addition to cutting.
Yea, he said that and they do look like they will work great for that. I'm always for multi-use/purpose tools so long as it doesn't hinder the main function.I don’t know about life changing but when you know you know. Those are the only ones I buy. I have the same ratchet. Yours is stamped much nicer than mine. It belonged to my Grandfather-In-Law. I wish that I had all of the sockets. I'm lucky to have what I have. Maybe someday.

I’ve been wanting to put together small vintage kits for him to start out with and decided SK would be best since it’s got a higher tooth count. It’ll give him something to use when working on his bike and go kart or if he wants to help me do something on the cars.I have the same ratchet. Yours is stamped much nicer than mine.
