the 3/8 Is a Matco BR8, the 1/2 is a 4490 dual pawl Wright and 1/4 is a 2492 HD single pawl Wright.

I might open up the Matco and see if the guts to my 3426 dp will fit.

Some of my new purchases CAT goodness.

Thanks Gareth

Nice purchase! Had ordered that 5 piece screwdriver set but they sent the 6 piece. Should have them this week with any luck. Paid around 60 (they retail for almost $75+ tax in canada!) for the ratcheting wcrewdriver. A little disappointed that it was the Williams design handle but to get a plain Williams shipped to me it would cost almost the same so I figured what the heck.
Have to ask...how much are their wrenches? The prices on a lot of the other stuff is damn near what snap on charges off the truck so I didn't even think to ask when I was there. I got a bit of a discount due to my FIL's company being one of their commercial customers but nowhere near the discount that I would get if they were purchased through the company. Not an employee so can't do it.

Canuck Ian,

The wrench set is $224.63 Canadian Dollars that is excluding tax. In the UK they are £195.11.

Most CAT tools are now made by Snap On or Snap On Industrial (JH Williams). They are due to bring out a new tool boxes shortly.

Thanks Gareth.

Here is my free haul thanks to my dad. Cart was my grandfathers (as are most of the tools) and the OTC toolbox was his. Both in need of restoration. Newer craftsman is mine that was stuck in a storage abyss.

I snagged a full set of those Wiha striking cap microgrip screwdrivers mentioned over in the Hot Deals thread. These things are solid!

They shipped out of MN, so UPS ground got them here next day... Enjoy!

I picked up this Kennedy 520 today off CL. These things are solid!

This one is in pretty decent condition. The felts good, but it could use a good cleaning and maybe some touch up paint. Key is, of course, missing.
I didn't get a steal, but didn't overpay by too much either.

It's going to be home to precision layout and jewelry fabrication tools.

Got a big box from member wchamberlain today... Snappy 236efset, pink and yellow ratcheting screwdrivers (there were actually 2 pink but one was for the missus), Matco 88tooth stubby flex, Matco door tool set, and he threw in a set of field shears, an Earnhardt die cast car for my wee guy and a set of snap on playing cards. As usual, Will was a great guy to deal with and the box showed up pretty quickly especially since it came all the way from Korea!

Oh and the blue ratcheting screwdriver came from EBay.

Nice. That's over a grand in tools, easy. I bit the bullet and bought the 236efset off the truck when there was a promo. $250 off and I still paid over $400.

Thanks! That set is around 850 + tax here in the great white north....exactly why I didn't buy it off the truck! :lol_hitti its pretty much new and unused. I can only see marks on the tips of 2 of the hex sockets but nothing is twisted or anything.

Also got this which I ordered a couple weeks ago.

3" Blue Point DA sander. Feels like a pretty solid little machine... I can already tell it'll come in handy. COO = Japan
