I'd been looking at these Wilde spreading pliers the last few times I've been in Epsteins. I should have got them a long time ago. I'm surprised how many times I've used them in the brief time I've had them.

Something else I've needed for awhile was something for cleanly cutting aircraft cable. As expected these Knipex do a nice job. They also did a pretty nice job cutting cable housing without crushing it. Also picked up a pair of Knipex Angled Mini Bolt Cutters.

Thanks for sharing. I just ordered them! Got some battery pliers while I was at it, and will show em off when they come in. Asked them to draw a 100 dollar bennie on the box. We'll see what happens

My new USA craftsman goodies. I picked up the metric line wrenches locally at a flea market for $27 and got the cross force wrenches on clearance. $22.99 for the 8pc set, and $27.99 for the 5pc large set. :3gears:

I got excited when I went to another sears and they had a few NOS USA cross force sets in stock (including the SAE sets I need) however, they where full price. $79 for the 8pc and $129 for the 5pc. :headscrat

Picked myself up a new bosch angle grinder number 1810ps.

And a new Ingersoll rand W7250 impact. Price went up in the last month on it, but it still carries the free extra battery. http://www.ohiopowertool.com/images/Product/large/3846.jpg
http://www.ohiopowertool.com/p-3846...ordless-12-li-ion-impact-wrench-w7150-k1.aspx

probably won't see them in my box for about a month since I'm off working in the field. I have three different 18v Dewalt impacts, one long and one short 1/2 and a 3/8s. Not the DC90 but a slightly smaller one. They are brilliant little drills, but they certainly leave one wanting in the raw power department. Even with my 2 LI Ion batteries, they have trouble knocking out some stuck bolts over 3/4 in size. I think the strongest is 180 or 200ft lbs. the smaller is about 150 or 160. I've got about 10 cordless dewalt tools so the investment made sense, but when I'm out in the field doing diesel service work, an air hose isn't always an easy option and the high power impact will for sure find a place in my array of tools.

VERY excited for that one. I bought the grinder cause someone stole my old dewalt one of my welding bench...

Followed the hot deals link for the $10 Craftsman USA punch/chisel set:

And of course "In-Store" pickup is a bad idea because I then bought the Knipex cutter and needle nose pliers which supplemented the two Knipex Pliers Wrenches w/ Comfort Grips that I received today from Amazon:

Oh yeah, and I picked up a 1/2" ratchet since I don't actually own one  I always used adapters or impact/breaker bars. This one is nice, Craftsman USA, 84T, seems nice.

I dont know how i ever lived without those. Great hose clamp pliers. I ended up getting a couple of the sets from Sears and a bunch of the mini ones.

those look familiar^ how did you get the pwz1 though ?!?!

mine have been on backorder, and i cant find the files anywhere.

PWZ1 came right from the snap on website... took a few weeks for any of them to come in. They were all back ordered at first.

As for the files I got lucky on fleebay. Just be careful there are a lot of people making files with the new handles and posting pretty vague pictures of them on the listings.

Nothing real exciting, but a 1/4" Husky ratchet from the Hot Deal thread.

Taiwan guts, but feels good in the hand.

I got a green streamlight stinger flashlight on order and a piston ring compressor set not shown.

I spent WAY too much on the snap on truck this morning.
