A few things today... no pics again! I'm such a terrible guy.

And before I start, I have a problem with 3/4" sized wrenches and sockets...

-small metal SK box.. green hammertone paint. Love it. Approx. 3.5" x 8.5"
-Williams S-41 1/2" drive breaker bar.. very nice. Love the female 1/2" square recess in the handle.
-Craftsman =V= 12-pt 3/4" socket
-billings 3/4" 12 pt socket
-Wright 3/4" 6 pt socket
-Snappy 7/8" swivel socket
-New Britain 3/8" hex bit socket
-Bonney 1165 11/16" full polish wrench
-Bonney 1166 3/4" full polish wrench
-Older Bonney, same as above, not polished.
-Vlchek 3/4" wrench
-SK 81002 1/4" flathead screwdriver
-Proto 3/8" bit socket
-Proto chrome 3/8" long bit socket
-Williams-made Kobalt 1/4" wrench :)
-Craftsman 43797 1/2" drive ratchet

all for 35$. Did I do okay?

Took a study break and finally cleaned up my Proto 5249 3/8" standard ratchet won off ebay. As far as I know it is a fairly early example being marked "Proto Los Angeles".

BTW are the faceplates on Proto ratchets supposed to be a light friction fit? This ones needs a few taps with a soft faced hammer to seat completely on the shoulder.

Tricky, sounds like you did! Garage sales?

Sort of. guy at work.

Added a few more items...

Craftsman (70s) top box, 3 drawer, made in USA (yay!) Has a sort of gray-ish paint with red drawers. I like it. Especially the key!

Starrett No. 2 1-2" mics. Stainless steel i think.. has fraction to decimal equivalents all over it. I have a 0-1" T230XRL mic that's kind of like it already, so this takes care of my OD measuring for now :)

Etalon/Rolle Swiss made vernier calipers.. awesomeeeeee.

11 piece. Grobet small riffler set (6")

Starrett 6" combination square

Starrett 12" combination square with accessories

Craftsman dog bone.. but made in USA. I'll take it.
Sargent hole punch
Snap On Octo-Grip STP-5 scratch awl
Easco 3/4" swivel Socket
Proto 3/4" 12pt socket
Snap-On 1/2" drive extension, but it's SQUARE!
Plomb 25/32 1/2" drive socket
"Toyota Motor" #2 phillips screwdriver
Snap-On 1/2" 3/8" drive swivel socket
Plomb 7/16" swivel socket 3/8 drive
Proto 9/32 square socket
Plomb Go-no go feeler gage
Taiwan made Craftsman 3/8 socket
Cornwell 3/4" socket 1/2 drive

Don't take up working on German cars.

I work on BMWs exclusively and have no use for an 18mm wrench or socket.

Previous owner of an E36 an a 91 Audi 90 20v, checking in.

VW/Audi has tons of them.

The Audi might have, i never worked on it. Was before i "became handy."

People bother fixing those?

:spit::bowdown:

Full disclosure, i loved my Audi, and i would love to have an older water-cooled VW, and a Corrado SLC.

That's strange, because that's the German car I work on most, the one I found a need for 18mm.

I have an E30, 3 E34s, and an E46 and not once have I used an 18mm! I've had just about every part out of each car, too. What takes an 18mm? I find BMW uses 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 17mm, and 19mm. Some of the bigger rear suspension bolts are 22 or 23mm.

Got a killer deal on this set! Kid was asking $100 so he could get a new compressed air tank for his Airsoft gun. And me being a paintball player I had a few air tanks laying around. One of them I got for $25 used from someone who desperately needed cash and that's all I had on me at the moment. Therefore, here is my $25 snap on set. Included is a tm830 ratchet, shallow metric set, shallow standard set, semi deep standard set, 3 extensions, universal joint, 1/4 to 3/8 adapter, and case. New retail price is around $650!!!!

I got a used SK 1/2" breaker bar off E-bay for $16.60 plus shipping. It's in almost like new condition with no prior owner marks.

I need a website to buy individual sockets the craftsman does not sell. Mostly I need the smaller size for each drive.

These craftsman professionals came in from Jeff Moss. Thanks Again!

Post was deleted. However i'm not even sure I want to know what you paid for it. I've been dying for a Dynasty for a while since I sold my Maxstar. Just that you have one gets a you **** from me :rocker:

A dynasty 700 no less, damn, I would like a 350 or so.

I ended up getting an Allen in that size from Cripe to finish out my set.

Grainer has a craftsman industrial in that size for 17 bucks. I might just buy a set off ebay that includes it for 30 bucks then put the other 4 sizes back up on ebay.
