I have several of those. They work like a champ for small to medium filters. They make a larger one for the larger filters. I suggest it as well.

Wrong thread but PN HS50 for the kit.
R on teh end for red. = HS50R. G on the end for green. O on the end for orange. You get it.
Pouch alone is CO417 kit bag.

Went to Lowes and exchanged my Channellock diagonals for a new pair with properly aligned cutting edges. Also remembered to check for the 1/4" drive sets that where on sale. Only the metric was on sale for $4.97 however. 
Got the small brass and nylon brushes from Ace to use to clean up tools.

Why would I need to use an oil filter removal wrench in EITHER direction?????????
You use them to take filters off. Not put them on. Correct?
A correctly installed oil filter should be oiled seal and semi-aggresively hand tight for the old skool one piece remove and toss type.
If not, please stay away from my cars at least.

While its technically a filter wrench it can be used on any canister. I just found it interesting that the arms can be swung so it can be used to either direction.
the JS470EB doesn´t have the precision control, only the JS572EBN has the precision control. In Europe it´s the same

I saw the big sale last week on the craftsman wrenches and got this set put in my box today and thought I would share - 330 for the set all stamped USA on them
Even my wife thought that was a lot of tools for that money, so that is saying something.
when i first saw the sears "ratcheting" set being sold... i thought that was the pick of the bunch... nice score

I like it. It expands a little and has multiple sized slots for different sized tools. The top has a magnetic rack for holding sockets onto it. Just got it today, and will set it up tomorrow.

Box is great - good and heavy, it's 16g steel, weighs 210lbs. I think I'd rather have gone for the blue now, but I'm not that bothered... Drawers are smooth and free - just need to fill it now - all my stuff is in WWII ammo crates after being shipped here

My grandpa worked for Bell System for many years, he gave me a few of his pliers. Ive always wanted them because they have smooth action and they are quality USA pliers. Also, a cool Stabila freebie. pocket level! This thing is dead accurate, just as good as the full size levels.
I never had good luck with that style. They work if you can put additional pressure on it with your hand but in really tight locations it just didnt do it. I purchased a Hazet one that is a much better design and can be used in either direction. 3 arms crush into the filter the more you turn it. Thats the last filter wrench you'd have to buy
