I have several friends that are Bosch junkies and they have been trying to get me to buy Bosch for years and they wore me down. :dunno:

Seriously, I looked at both and it seemed to me that the numbers were fairly comparable between the Dewalt and the Bosch with the Bosch being significantly cheaper with the Lowes sale on the combo so I opted to go with Bosch plus it just felt right in my hand. There is not a bad choice between the 2 though.

Ok thanks, was just curious what your thought process was.

yep GS ruined the program , because of his EGO and not wanting to teach

yeah, i was there before him,and at the begin of his reign, worked for him when he had his own shop. liked the guy, but can see ego being an issue there. miss those days, worked in the tool crib for 3-4 yrs. did a lot of special projects in the auto and welding labs.

Though I'm really a metric guy at heart, I often need inch wrenches and sockets. I already had the 1/4" drive Wera socket set for small tasks around the house, so I decided to go all-in and pick up the 3/8" drive set as well. Just arrived today.

I'm guessing it will be just as much a pleasure to use as the smaller set. :)

got this off of craigslist for a pretty good deal, even tho it is a 4inch. The pictures might be slightly big, but have been resized and might take a minute or two to size down.

It might look good extreme green huh? :shocking:
