Found a junk + tool place on my last biz trip. Dug thru the bins and came up with:

(2) Fuller screwdrivers
(1) small Snap-on phillips
(1) Proto stubby box end wrench
(2) USA wooden handle screwdrivers
(2) Williams flare wrenches
(1) S-K flare wrench
(1) Craftsman 5/8 socket/open end combo wrench

Really didn't need any of these but the price was right.... $10.92 for the lot

$11 for the dead on 24oz hammer and small CMan pro phillips after using my SYWR points, not too shabby.

grinders (800x450).jpg

Picked up the Ingersoll Rand 3101G angle grinder (left). There was nothing wrong with my old Eagle Industries grinder other than its 14 cfm air consumption which was a tad more than the max 4.5 cfm my compressor puts out. I've heard mixed things about the Edge series tools from IR so time will tell.

I was looking at that exact one in the tool guy's flyer at work. The Innova scan tools are extremely easy to use and are fast!

I know. But snappy tools are hard to get here. No online shop and a truck is way out of reach...

A junkie will always find a way to get his fix. You opened pandoras box. It's all down hill from here. Next thing you know you have 20 ratchets and a full assortment of other snap on tools then you will be shopping for a snap on box.

Had them for over a month but haven't had time to post. Snap on 7mm and 12mm 1/4 drive swivel's, retail for $40 each my dealer gave them to me for $25 each. I also ordered an 8,10,13mm but that was over a month ago. He takes forever to get stuff, I'm just going to get them from matco, I can get a good deal from them.

Still have a few more items on my list (more screwdrivers, nut drivers, pliers, belt sander, oscillating sander, and some others), so should have some more to post soon.

To be honest, my recent purchase is my first with Gearwrench. I went to buy the screwdrivers and found them on sale at ntxtools.com along with a buy one get one free. I went ahead and kept shopping the bogo deals and ended up with everything you see. Paid $483 for everything (including 2 torque wrenches) and received ultrafast shipping (ordered Sat. night and received on Tuesday). Ntxtools.com doesn't seem to have the best rep. on this forum, but my first experience with them was outstanding!!! Saved around $200 over tooltopia.com

I've got a bunch of wera precision drivers too :)

Goodies from today. Went with the TLL72, and also got a 7mm 1/4dr swivel for pesky BMW hose clamps.

Don't know why, but I've been on a wrench kick lately. Tool Topia had a BOGO on extra long combo wrenches and stubbys. Also scored gearwrench half moons off ebay and Matco was running a BOGO on non-ratcheting half moons. After some research here, I finally found a set of wrench organizers I like (Ernst) as well.

Ironically, I found that at Home Depot. I was purchasing plywood for my workbench top and found the ratcheting screwdriver and included bit set near the register. $10.

I've used it a couple of times and its pretty good. The ratcheting part of the screwdriver isn't as smooth as the Snap-On. It came with slotted, Phillips, and Torx bits. For the price, it's a great tool.
