That tap and die set is next up on my "to buy" list. I keep using our mechanics and its a nice set.

just got this today from the snapon truck i buy at least once a year something off the truck to upgrade my tool collection this is my 3rd snapon ratchet next is the flank drive wrenches

That they are and I already own two of them and carry one all the time... Theses are blemished ones but got them for about half price so I figured I would pick up a bunch for the future.

I got it from Amazon... cheapest I could find it. It was about $45 shipped. Just looked and it is back up to about $88 now. Be warned it is much larger than I expected. Seem to have a lot of wasted space but it got my Dominators out of my box which is what I wanted.

3/8 M18 Fuel impact, snap on shallow metric sockets, sunex deep well metric sockets, sunex shallow and deep SAE sockets. Added to my knipex collection with a pair of linesmans. Shockwave bit set for my M18 impact driver. 5 3/4" hole saw for a project. Singer fabric tape measure.

Those look really nice, especially for the price. Out of curiosity how well is "Made in Canada" respected up there? Definitely not trying to start anything, just very seldom do I see made in Canada tools.

I'm not sure, bud. I've got some Gray canada tools and some canadian made snap on tools, but i don't see a lot of canadian made tools around.

Every painter i know in the trade uses a-richard tools, which make these pry bars.

I wouldnt be afraid to buy anything "made in Canada" one of my mowers was built there, ten years old,and it runs like a top. best mower I have ever owned. I have no "made in Canada" tools, but I Damn well bet they would be better than most are producing these days.

Damn! What's the SKU on that set? My local store only had one yellow handled set left. Silver bar plus the orange handles rock!

$12, is that with tax? $14 is tax in for me.

oh ok, yeah 14 bucks tax in. The only number i found on the right hand corner of the packaging is 03885

The only other canadian piece of machinery i own is a BRP SeaDoo RXP. It's fast as hell and i love it! :beer:
