Just picked up this excellent condition Fluke 87V for $100 at a pawn shop that I saw on CL. Their prices on other tools where actually pretty decent compared to others. Here it is next to my Fluke 115, definitively larger.

Got a good deal today. Went in to buy 200 more slicer discs and the welding supply store had a special, buy 400 slicers, get a 4.0ah Metabo Grinder with 3 batteries, charger, bag and sample of their combinator wheels (cutting and light grinding free. Yes free. So you can guess what I did haha. Can't wait to try this thing out. I see they have a 5.2ah one now so maybe they are trying to clean out old stock? It appeared to be a Metabo special as it was all boxed up professionally by Metabo and labeled as the special.

Jeebus, what welding supply place is this? I can use some cutoff wheels... :pimpflash

Did you get the Milwaukee at HD? They are having a special this week with a free 3rd battery. Being a Milwaukee addict I can tell you this is the lowest price so far ever seen including Black Frida.

Encompass. They are midwestern. I tgink tge specials are at a lot of dealers though.

Looked online at CPO and they have a lot of free grinders when you buy 900 of certain wheels. None were anywhere near as good of a deal as the one today was though.

Its kind of handy yet aggravating at the same time that the battery rotates. Its nice to rotate it out of the way but you cant use it as a hand grip because tge rotation detent is not stiff

Don't know the p/n for the kit, he just gave it to me as a thank you. As for the pass through, haven't used it but I got it mainly for the low profile design, a feature I do like is that the sockets can be used on a regular 1/4" ratchet.

No I got it from CPO. Didnt realize there was a free battery promotion. But I got the kit with compact batteries for 239 and free shipping. Would have been about 285 from home depot so I didnt miss out on to much I guess.

Unfortunately the boot I ordered is the 2115 not the 2115M so it doesn't fit right, got the other boot coming but going to leave the not so good fitting boot on for now just to keep it from being scratched up in the next week or two.

I Have had this set for over 6 months now great for dash work. They actually aren't meant to be pass through just super shallow. They are broached through so you can use them with a 1/4" ratchet. So if the bolt you are working on is less than 1/4" it will wok.

I recently started school for hvac facility's maintance and that required some tools I didn't have (YES!) so with the wife's support I went ahead and got some nice tools. I just emptied my tool bag from class so some tools are new some are used. The bags I got a great deal that's to the hot deals thread. The rest u can probably spot. The screw driver is awesome and the tubbing cutter is great. Small hammer, multimeter and crapy pliers are from HF.

how much did you pick yours up for? I turned mine into a cart, and want to know how well i did.

Paid $400 for it. Converted it to a barrel (KRL style) lock today. I need to order corner trim for it and drawer guards. I'm thinking all black trim will look good

my wife took my son to Sears the other day while I waited in the car he picked out my fathers day present. it was her idea but he was so excited to go pick out some tools, for his dad and grandfathers. He is going to be three in August and he handed me this today and said happy fathers day.

Made my day he was so excited to give me the present.

Not so much as new, Picked it up a few weeks ago. I did pick up the Stanley case last week and finally got around to take a picture of it.

It's a doweling jig for 1/4", 5/16",and 3/8". I also picked up some extra dowels so I would have some while working on my current project.

How about this for hot deals? $20 for the pair of Channellock 460 and $12 for the 440's! As well as $17 flat for the snap ring 927's! The Shop Vac (made in USA!) was $38!

Hi nice set was wondering what kinds of things could you use this set for? Sorry for not knowing i just never seen this before thanks

You can't believe how much you will use a set of picks until you buy them. The Snap-On picks are an insane upgrade from the HF picks I got for $0.89, but are absolutely worth the cost.

Lol be careful I've stuck my self in the fingers a few times with that pick set. The stay pretty sharp and are strong even after being abused.

Just picked up this Blue Hawk multi-tool package and accessories today for under $70 out the door at Lowe's. I've been doing things the hard way at my house now for too long and today I had to have something to cut roof tin patches for one of the farm sheds. I was initially going to get the Dremel 4000 ($90) or 4200 ($130), but this set was on promo and one of the associates talked me into it. It did a good job and I think it was money well spent.

Just began the install of my new air compressor. It's a 5hp 60 gallon two stage.

I'll post more pics when I get the install finished.
