Same here, I never saw that much Knipex at Lowes even when they carried the brand. It must be up to the local store manager to decide what tool lines are stocked. $18 is crazy.... easy decision.

We have 4 Lowes around here. I hit all 4 between 2 days and the last store is the only one to carry them. They where marked $27. I grabbed 1 pair and when to the check out. Clerk scanned them and said $18. I told the clerk Id be right back.

Snap On 10mm FHOM10... Listed as used and I swear its brand new, and a new PLEWS 10mm x 12mm flare wrench. I was surprised how nice and high quality it is in person. Wish I could find a NEW complete set.

Jeff, my Sears I stopped in tonite has the Knipex cable cutters in the flesh and on sale for $23.

Not the $8 deal I got ( and BTW those cable cutters scanned in at $18.08 @ Lowes oddly), but if I get to keep more drill bits you are worth the $23.

You need to look in the electrical isle. You won't find anything in their "Tool World".

They aren't cheap, but if I'm cutting small dia. stranded cable, I'd rather have a pair of C7's instead of the Knipex cable cutters. For electical cable I use CL-911's. The small bolt cutter type like the Knipex never worked well for me.

and this orange and white racheting screwdriver. this is a hard handle with no part number on it. showed it to my driver can't find it through Snap-On. can't seem to find any like it any where. you guys ever see one like this?
