MADE IN THE USA !!!!!!!!

I don't know. I heard a rumor that the coc(country of conception) was on vacation in Mexico. Congrats!!!!!!! Get all the sleep you can now. Trust me. I have 2 and I have perfected the elbow to the side. If I heard the baby before she did. A subtle nudge to the side followed by rolling over and fake snoring. Works every time. Congrats again. It's the best thing being a dad.

If it wouldn't insult you and I didn't live across the country from you I would. Unfortunately I don't have the money and shipping would kill the deal.

You'd be surprised. I looked into shipping an Extreme Green Classic 96 from Kentucky to So Cal and it was only $396 UPS Freight. Seems like a lot but if you score a deal from CL on a nice box in the color that you want...$400 isn't all that bad in my opinion.

*sigh* Got hoodwinked by the Snappy guys today. After admitting I fell in love with the blue hard handles I picked up last week, the rep does a demo with the old vs new style hard handle......and I liked the new hard handle twice as much. This drawer used to house nothing but Craftsman scewdrivers......all bagged up and on the way to the home box now. Green goodness to replace them.....

Keeping the blue hard handles though........

Finally. Done with Snappy for the moment :) Dealer knocked off 10$ because I paid cash.. apparently that's a strange thing.

If you're talking about the stubby on the bottom left corner......Maybe? :dunno: Didn't really look at the part numbers when I snagged them last week.

Oh alright. I meant the larger driver with the hex bolster.. the end of it is hidden. :willy_nil

Oh, gotcha. I tried searching that PN and didn't come up with anything, hence my hesitation. Nope, what you're seeing is just a bigger philips screwdriver...nothing fancy.

Picked up a couple things from Home Depot. Leftovers from their air tool clearance. Under $25 for an impact and a die grinder, not bad. Made in China, but not bad considering the two year warranty. Took a look at the updated tool aisle while I was there too. I was pretty impressed with the selection. Their newer flex head ratchets have heads similar to the Craftsman Thin Profiles but with 72 teeth.

When he said PH2 he meant #2 phillips. The part number of the actual screwdriver would be SDDP2 or something similar.

Got in an order from tooltopia this morning, (and on my day off as the cherry on top). Ive been looking to replace my spring compressor and found the Mountain master set, identical to the Matco one, even sharing the same 90200 part#, just a little less. also picked up an Ingersoll air saw for some of my car projects, a replacement OTC ball joint separator after i lost mine somewhere. Grabbed a Sunex 14 piece metric impact set for work, cant beat the quality for the $31, and i can bring the snap ons i keep there, home.

What kinda demo did he do? very interested to see how they compared them. I grab my old style 6-1 before I grab a instinct driver

Yes, eBay score. Paid $150 after submitting a best offer. It was part of a multi-item order which included the new "Instinct" green handle screwdriver set, triple square set, 1/2" extension set, and 3/8" extension set.

I also just picked up a second (near new) set off of CL yesterday afternoon. Totally low-balled the guy at $60 if I agreed to drive an hour down to him. He agreed....I scored....$60 for a set I just paid $150 for....now I have 2 sets!

He had a bladeless new style hard handle with a slot for a flathead. I stuck the old style hard handle flathead into the new style hard handle, and we commenced with opposing twisting. It was no match........the new style handle lends itself to allowing you to generate far more torque than the old style.

while I love the original hard handles, I find the instincts allow me to get more torque on the screw. Just my opinion. I have the same set. Love them.

Just got these 2 MAC tools wrenches from a HOT buy, I can never have enough WRENCHES...long for leverage and polished to keep then nice and clean. Just feel inadequate as in weight compared to my other wrenches that I have from SO, Cman Industrial and Cman Professional.

My soon to be wife (as of Sunday) picked these up for me. I am very disappointed in these. Guy on CL wanted $150 for these but I got him down to well below that where I can just shrug my shoulders. She is very happy with these b/c she wants to use these in out upcoming wedding so to me it is well worth it. But from a usage point, I will not. OLD Blue Point USA wrenches which I am assuming for Carb's and Ignition. Will it hurt the value if I try and clean up the pouch? Want to get the numbers off the pouch and see what I have. Kind of throws me off as one side is a regular and the other is "flank" drive?

Todays haul thanks to GJ classifieds.

S4 speeder and TS201 socket from EDixon

and

222SFFS 3/8" drive set, F80, T72, TL72, 1/4" extensions 2,4 and 6", and 110TMDY-no tray from Dmbh09

Still looking for a FL80 and to start on the flex head dual 80s.

Got these from Ianguilly a couple weeks back. Looking to trade them (orange) for identical sets in red instinct. Picks are still in plastic and the drivers do not appear to have ever touched a screw.

All three were extremely pleasant transactions. Thanks again guys.

I got the 3/8" and I'm surprised how small the head is actually. I'm so happy I got this one over the 1/4".

That's been my debate, since they both have the same size head. I guess I'm just used to using my mini 1/4" air ratchet and putting a 3/8 adapter on it when need be.
