I understand the use of the magnetic sockets, but they look awful shallow up top? Are they spring loaded?

You are one lucky dude! I also think Wera makes some of the best tools available today, however in South Africa we cannot find them anymore. Only the Orange plastic handle screwdrivers are manufactured here under license. Wera stopped importing all the nice tools from Europe. So, if you are in South africa and you have some of the "good" stuff, consider yourself lucky. Such a pity, anyway, enjoy your new tools.

Hello everyone. Long time lurker, figured I would post some new acquisitions.

1. Craftsman Tappet wrench set. New from Sears, made in USA.
2. Craftsman feeler gage set. New from Sears, only the two round plug gages are marked made in the USA.
3. Craftsman 18mm and 3/4" spark plug socket. New from Sears, made in USA.
4. Craftsman 20pc ignition wrench set. New from Sears, case has a made in USA tag sewn on, but the wrenches are not marked in any way. I know some of the vintage sets have the -v- mark, but these do not.
5. Armstrong 7pc SAE and 10pc Metric double box, ratcheting end, full polish wrenches. WOW these are nice wrenches, puts my craftsman raised panels to shame. I am definitely digging the full polish and the extra length that these have. Bought these used off of auction site, they are practically brand new.
6. Not pictured: Craftsman Industrial 21pc SAE/MM, 3/8 drive crowfoot wrench set. New from Summit, all marked made in USA. Also picked up Craftsman Industrial extensions in 6" and 10" in both 3/8 drive and 1/2 drive.

Todays haul, another member gave me a heads up on some sockets I was missing to fill in some empties on my Hanson trays off ebay. Armstrong brand. Also from ebay, a 14mm blue point wrench to replace mine that grew legs. And alignment tools/seal installers for oil pump and front and rear covers for GM LS motors.

Parker HF series USA made air couplers... No more **** chinese couplers for me.

Stant gauge and adapter with a Parker regulator and valve makes for easy work.

Matco 3/4 drive 33mm and 1 1/2 x 13/16, driveline socket, and 1/2 drive 1 5/16.

Yesterday i got my air tool rack in the mail from JEGS. This thing is awesome. I used the rubber caps from harbor freight ($1 for a 5 pack) since the quick connects point up. Screwed it into the side of my workbench top with 3 inch long screws, and it's strong enough to stand on. For $22 shipped, I'd highly recommend it. Completely freed up a drawer in my tool chest.

Might not be great for working shops where things might walk away, but for a home garage it is the dogs nuts.

And from the recent Sears SYWR $10 surprise points..

As much as I'd like a full set of swivel impacts I just can't justify to cost for as little as I'll use them, so I got this Craftsman 1/2" drive Impact Universal Joint ($16.19) to hold me over.
13133610073_04e1d37fcc_z.jpg

I also grabbed this Craftsman 14 Pocket Wrench Roll ($9.99) for my extra 14pc set a Craftsman Industrials.
