Well, not exactly mine, but I did get the quote and had these items purchased for my office. They arrived on Friday. I love the adjustable wrenches, really nice items. I must say they are nicer than my USA made Craftsman and Crescent brand adjustable wrenches. I really like the pliers as well, I might have to pick up the 3 piece set (minus the tongue&groove) for myself.

What office requires these goodies?
Thanks.Yea they refer to them as hose "pinch" pliers.
I can't complain for what I paid
Are those the '84-'85 sockets? I'm asking because I see the 's' after 'professional' stamped into the socket.

The Matco truck came today and I bought nothing. I feel empty inside.![]()

Thanks! The retro styling is what sold me more than the others. It's pretty light as to be expected. For 100 bucks I hope I can get a couple years out of it.That's a sweet radio, Like the old school look.![]()
Been eyeing that shopvac for awhile...how you like it etek?
the size and hp seem about perfect, I miss my old dayton 5 hp wall hanger
I thought you had decided on the ridgid vac. It is a night and day difference over the stanley. It's got some features I wanted - like holders to store tools/tubes, tall and thin to fit between my benches. Power is decent, but not quite as powerful as the one it replaced - but then it's only half as loud!
Hey Matt, the other long torx and hex sockets you have are they cornwell too? If so do you have the part number for those?
They were ordered from brand new stock, so as far as I know they should be the most current. IIRC the sideways S may have had something to do with when Stanley took over Proto - some of my deep SAE's from the very early 80's that were made in Canada don't have the extra stamp at all and sport the lock pin holes.

The part number is Witte 691008, searching that should give the set.
