They seem very nice. Everything feels and looks precise. I like that the case has a metal latch instead of a simple clip closure.

This is to get me thru while I slowly build a snap on collection. (Not a mechanic just at home stuff)

Oh very nice! After you get some time on these, let us know what you think. There's not much feedback on dewalt sockets and rats.

Will do. Probably won't use the ratchets much. Have armstrong flex heads in every size.

Very complete set though. For the price I don't know that I could of done better.

I have a dewalt 3/8 set with sae and metric sockets, the ratchets aren't terrible. They are by no means a dual 80 but they get the job done

Why am I getting a sense of deja vu here? :bounce:

I have no clue at all. :D Certainly couldn't have anything to do with a crazy australian who goes dumpster diving and runs a forum of ill-repute which houses a hive of wretched scum and villainy.

Where did you pick that set up? Got the wife an Edge and would like a set like that to carry around.

Picked up this wrench holder at an Aco that will soon become an ACE, so everything was marked down at least 30%.

How do you like those circlip pliers? I've been tempted to pull the trigger on that same exact set

I haven't had the chance to work with them yet :( but they looks and feel great, compared to every circlip pliers I've ever used..

Went to autozone today and got these. They reminded me of a tiny ratchet Mac tools has. Looks to be the same ones.

would post a pic but photobucket apparently has decided to reorient the photo (upside down and mirrored)

finally fixed but the time/date thing i gotta fix

i have some other HF impact sockets that have done pretty well as I don't use them everyday but every so often

if I was back in the mechanics trade I would definitely go one of the big 4

thank you for the warning

BTW, i got the Armstrong off Ebay for 0.99 +1.00 postage in the original bag
