I wanted a roto ratchet but didnt want to pay big money, not sure how often Im going to use it.

Looked at all options......thought I would try some Husky tools, from Home Depot.

After hanging out with and going to lunch with a friend, I caught a SO driver stopped going the other way so I caught up with him.

I decided to try new snap-ring pliers, bought a friend a size missing from his torx sockets, and (not pictured) a breaker 3/8" replacement square drive for my bar I should replace with a longer one. And a supplements catalog was foisted happily upon me.

Mine was missing so much the first time they just had me send it back.
Second one was missing only a few things which they promptly sent me.
Second one had many doubles in it so I made out in the deal.
That was 3 years ago... I guess somethings never change.

I'm pretty sure I'm insane, but I decided to make the jump from Makita to Milwaukee. Sold my almost new makita combo kit, and picked up the kit below. EVERYTHING in the pic aside from the drill & impact was FREE. it pays to make friends with the Milwaukee rep at your local Home Depot ;)

of course now I need to sell the makita LXT tools I have left, since I no longer have any batteries to run them:

Snap on 3/8" impact metric swivels
Just picked these up today off craigslist. Kid had them listed for 100 and I offered $75 bux and he took it. Not bad for a almost brand new set that lists for $283
Looks like only the 13mm was used

Those Knipex Plier Wrenches are awesome, I remember a few years ago when they were featured in Popular mechanics for wining a design award and I went out and purchased my first ones. A great tool and made in Germany :)

Nope not at all. For a light beer I enjoy it. Doesn't give me the shits and I don't get headaches like like I do from just about any anheuser Busch product

Lowes today, was kinda odd and lucky.

This swivel set, 12pt, 3/8 drive was in the clearance bin at $6.98. Normally $34.98. No packaging damage, no lost pieces.

Then, when I went to the register, since I bought a Kobalt tool, I was given a little 26pc. Ratcheting Screwdriver set for free.

Scored this Craftsman 3/4" drive set at the pawn shop for $30. According to Garage Gazette the K circle code is made by SK between 1939 and 1951. All of the sockets but one is the K-circle and it is a V code. I think I scored.
