What exactly does that do? I've got images of cranks in mind.
Where did you find that and will it fit most cars?
If your changing out a cylinder liner pack you put the rubber portion down the liner hole and expand the rubber by tightening on the lower nut. Put a metal bridge over the bolt onto block then attach the top nut and tighten to pull liner.
Helps speed the removal of piston liner packs in C-15, C-18 cat engines.
