Picked these up for during AAP coupon (50 off 125) with a few other things, making them 67 a piece after tax.

Gear Wrench 3/8" drive stubby ratchet from cripedistributing, and some sockets from Advance Auto Parts. The sockets are ones I didn't really know I needed, but had to buy in order to start filling holes in my Harbor Freight socket organizer racks.

You don't save much going with CDIs version of techangle. I think they were all between $300-$350.

The LED indicators on the new Techangle and the Control Tech wrenches are awesome when you're reaching into a tight spot

Got a Drill Press, I was debating if I would actually use it much. Had it 2 days now and yes now know it was a good buy. A engine leveler, as got to pull the engine and gearbox out of a car soon.

Hey Hesk. Get a drum sanding kit for the drill press.
" Hint"---within a year you'll have at least 2 drill presses...maybe more

Dude.. that blows.
crawl around on the floor at his height and you might get lucky.:lol_hitti

Yea I gotta find the random hole in the shop he thought it would be good to put it.

I remember showing him the swivel head and he was into it. Then he comes over like a half hour later and says "All gone." Not remembering what he had I gave him something else to play with. A week or so Im looking all over for it then remember what I did!

I dont know how cold it gets in your area but as a contractor in the cold I own a heated hoodie. Take into account if your dad wears a hoodie under his coat. If he does the heating zones will never reach your body. I find that the hoodies are decent at keeping you warm only if you wear a single shirt under it and buy the heated garment a size small for you so it hugs your body more and the heating elements make better contact and keep you warm. The coats are useless in the Iowa winter as most people here will wear another layer under their coat.

The Streamlight Stylus Pro is an awesome flashlight for the shop. To make it even more awesome, simply add a short piece of rubber or plastic tubing to the end cap so you can easily and comfortably hold it in your teeth when you need both hands to do what you are doing. I used a 1/2" long piece of 1/2" ID clear vinyl hose from Ace.

Picked up a Porter Cable Combo cordless drill driver/impact driver Model #: PCCK602L2 @ Lowes yesterday. $149 - 10% Vet discount. Has been $179. Been wanting something like this for a while, saw the price and bit the bullet! Should handle all the work I want to do!

Some SK sockets that I wasn't able to get from SK Day, lock for my Matco cart with all the parts this time, plus 3 rivets to attach the lid supports. Matco sent 3 rivets last time. I think they're just fing with me at this point.

Vaughan ball peen hammer from the hot deals thread. I expected it to be in much worse shape. Looks like it was used for a few hours. It won't look like this for long.

that hammer looks exactly like my blue point 32oz huess vaughen make them
