How many teeth? I have a Matco ratchet that looks like that. I guess I know the OEM now.

new ones are 88 like the matco. Old ones are 60 and can be upgraded. HJE has the 1/4 flex for 45$ the 3/8's for 59$ and the 1/2 for 92$

Good eye... now i'm intrigued too.

Its the same as the Matco. I bought the ratchet off amazon. Comes 60 tooth. Matco guy comes up on Wednesday and I ask him if I can buy a rebuild kit for the 88 tooth. He looked very confused asking why. I shoed him the ratchet and he looked dumbfounded like "I cant do anything with this, its an amrstrong" kinda mumble... Head out to the truck, he gets a kit and insisted on replacing it himself. Works flawlessly and he just says, "huh, first time ive seen that" Rebuild kit cost like $17

Dirtywerx,

Is your ratchet missing the locking lever, or did you purposely remove it?

I was wondering that too or is that not a maxx version

Yup, I took it off. I liked how low profile the ratchet is and I rarely use the locking switch on my 3/8 ratchet, so I removed it

Next is a couple Vessel #2 & 3 JIS impact screw drivers
DSC00015.JPG

Fox,

Is there much rotational movement between the shank and the handle when using those like regular drivers?

In other words, when I bang the screw to get it off can I finish with this driver by hand or do I have to switch to something more conventional?

SO truck buys. Ratcheting screwdriver, scraper, 3/8" stubby and a 7/8" combo.
Just cause I'm a good husband, I bought the wife a ratcheting screwdriver as well. Will have to see if she appreciates it later. :lol_hitti

In 1948 Plomb got sued by Plumb over trademark infringement. So you can find some Proto with upside down triangles as the "Os," some with Plomb and Proto both on the same wrench, and some where the Plomb is ground off by the factory. Only happened in 1948. Someone please correct me if that's erroneous.........

Like this one?

Was in Lowes and they had these for 9.98 with no tax (farm card). I wanted one when I saw them on sale at Christmas but I missed them so I grabbed it today. Kind of a neat novelty even if it doesn't get used

Cornwell Pliers Set
Crescent 10" slip joint pliers
Wilde 8" slip joint pliers
Channellock 8.5" lineman pliers
Channellock 9.5" straight jaw pliers

Got it all for $105 out the door, pretty decent deal I thought with it all being brand new. Kinda disappointed to learn the Cornwell pliers aren't USA. (My fault for assuming) they do seem good quality though.

Hi nice set I can't seam to read the model number of the deep sockets you have. Could you please tel me the model number on the package? Thank you

I'm not sure if your snap-on guy will have the deal? The truck here makes deals on everything and he always has many BOGO's. I would imagine he is probably one of the top earners.

Yes, you can use it as a regular screwdriver after impacting the screw free.

I dont know that I have ever seen a 70mm nut or bolt before in my life....

Could be used as a 2 3/4" application as well, they make them up to 80mm.

New stuff Milwaukee Fuel M12 1/4dr impact wrench, some 2.0amp compact and 4.0amp XC battery.

Also a Ingersoll Rand 12V 1/4dr Impact Wrench. It is unbelievablely light and apparently impacts pretty damn quiet too. Woodstockva suckered me into getting this one with his reviews.

Also some grey pneumatic 1/4 Dr metric impact sockets. These are interesting as it isn't a normal 6pt nor a 12pt socket, it had a shape I never seen before. I'll take a pic later.

Lastly Hitachi 14.4v WH 14DBL impact driver to replace the brushless dewalt I sold. It has 4 power settings, as well as a "burst" impact mode. Lightweight and surprising comfortable. Also it gets points of its cool looks.

Added this to my last Zoro order, to put me into the Free Shipping.

At 145 lbs of pull, it's much stronger than the cheapo off-shore **** I've been using.

Might have to get a few

Out with the old Matco cart. In with the new Mac cart. Actually the Matco one isn't going anywhere yet unless someone offers me cash for it. I just got a great cash deal on the Mac off the truck and it's got a much better build quality and soft shut drawers. Much better for everyday use.
