Snap On CT761 3/8 drive micro lithium impact 120 ftlb of torque. I work on bikes most these days. This little gem along with my CTS761 clutch 1/4 QC driver are about all I need.. On the rare occasion I need more than 120ftlb, I go for the SO 18V CT8810A

Motion Pro precision tire pressure gauge. Been wanting one for awhile now and had to make a Motion Pro tool order for a customer bike, so figured why not add this :D

Amazon has the jobber pack of Magrail TLs. I got the 16".

Yes, tell us how you like the Magrails. They look top be the best socket storage solution but I've never gotten my hands on them. Does the 16" flex when loaded up with 1/2 sockets?

Did some computer work for my neighbor on the long weekend. He thought my rate of $20/hr was unreasonable so he hired some idiot from the city to look at his computers. Fleeced him on a new desktop ($2400 for a $899 all-in-one monitor PC), and corrupted the registry on the machine that runs his CNC mills.

I saved the day, got all his **** back up and running and I'm building him another PC for his graphics programs. Threw me these for free on-top. Awesome guy, shame about him making the mistake of getting someone else to come by.. haha.

Walmart had a few things on clearance today. Bought all the 317 Channellock needle nose they had and a buy one get one deal on the USA made Stanley box cutter. They had super deals on fat max tape measures but I have too many tapes as it is. The channellocks will probably be on my for sale thread

The channellocks were $11/pair and the knife set was $6. I don't pay tax. I believe the two pack of tape measures with one 25' fat max and one 25' Stanley chrome was $15. Just for anyone who would like to know!

I wouldn't drool over it too bad. Check out the Milwaukee stuff.. I'm telling you, they're ridiculous for the money. Their 2654 3/8" is 200 ft lbs and is barely bigger than a 1/4" impact driver. It's insane. I sold all of my snap on impacts and went Milwaukee. Haven't missed them a bit

A lot of stuff this week, but here is a start:

m_ratchet_1_zpsphlxydu7.jpg
That's what started me on Milwaukee actually.. still using/abusing it. I love that thing. I'm looking to get the right angle impact at some point :bounce:

Needed some filler for my RP craftsman set... found an older 32pc usa set in the local store and with the points back offers it was worth buying the set vs the few I was missing.

spent $50 with some filler sockets and got $20 back in points to use on something else, running out of good stuff to buy from them though.

And heavier & bigger physically than the CT761
Milwaukee 2654 5 7/8in. in length and 3.2 lbs, is wider as well then the CT761

Yes the Milwaukee stuff has a better price point, but if I wanted a larger profile heavier tool.. well I would have bought one. I wanted lighter, smaller, commonality of charger and battery.

If the Milwaukee 2654 works for you in size and weight, the cheaper buy in and availability is a plus  as is the added tq.

The CT761 has the rocker paddle for forward and reverse, I REALLY like that on my CTS761.. no need to change grip just pull the top or bottom paddle as needed.
The Micro Lithium battery is of course the same as my CTS761 1/4" QC clutch driver... so swappable batteries, commonality in chargers make it a better choice for ME..

If you want a quality unit in lighter, smaller package profile.. then consider buying "that".. in this case, "That" is the SO CT761 ..it's not better than.."Just because"... it's better because its the right tool for the task for me (and those that buy them) I work on motorcycles, the TQ range of the CT761 is good, the size is GREAT for getting to places a larger tool will not work. Sure you can stop and change tools...but thats the point of buying the tool that works best for the user.. not just because there is a less exspensive tool that is better for someone else.

I like some of the Milwaukee cordless line up, heck i bought the M-Spector™ AV M12™ Cordless Lithium-Ion Multimedia Camera Kit (9.5mm) (2312-21) because it was the best option for what I needed...at a good price and trusted brand name.

Oh man I have a Fluke 179, but I wouldn't mind a 325 to accompany it. Someday when the cash starts rolling in I'll grab a 325. You liking yours?

I used one recently, seems like a great meter that could replace a DMM altogether for many users. One quirk, there's no way to turn off the continuity beeper (that I know of) when measuring a low resistance so it will be beeping when you are checking anything less than about 20 ohms.

To be honest, I haven't used it yet. I chose the 325 based on it's AC and DC capabilities and to use on the boat.

My favorite crimper of all time. Until i got the Journeyman set. Same crimper with more cushy handle. Simply awesome. Those should last you for a long time. Although i wouldn't know because I average losing one every 2 or so years. I always end up leaving them in a car somewhere

Ordered the Steelman Pro Cobra 160 three piece ratchet set through Advance Auto Parts. I really like them. Also picked up the Kobalt direct drive ratchet set from Lowes on clearance today.

I just bought two sets of SO combination wrenches, but I liked the Proto ratcheting wrenches more. I really like the box design. Finish and ratcheting action are outstanding. Each set has a very wide range 6-32mm and 1/4" - 1 1/4" which can be seen in second photo.

Whoa. Seriously jealous!!! You'll find those wrenches amazing, albeit somewhat underappreciated around here. I think maybe people see the Kabo-looking ratchet end and assume Taiwan and don't bother to find out they're made in Dallas.
