Need to get enough tools to work on my LS Blazer, just starting to get my own tools.
Williams SAE and Metric Supercombo wrenches. Use them at work and they're my favorite.

The Chrome has a nice finish, haven't even seen them in person, my wife sent me this.

Snap on ratchets from Ebay and dad got me Cornwell sockets.

my Milwaukee collection, the 12v impact has been used for cedar fence and other small jobs, variable speed isn't that great.
all the lights come on instead of hammering slow.

The handle on the Williams is very conformable on the 'super wrenches'.

I have those same sets of Williams. No regrets after selling my SAE Snap-On set that they replaced. Absolutely love them.

NOW it works like it should have out of the box.

thanks for the input, For the same price I could'v have a better reel with a crapier hose, but the whole point was to have a good hose, I'll look into it if it ever **** the bed. looking at it I saw it wasnt the ultimate quality but its better than that hose I was using wich became a plastic rod.

I also picked up their ¼ ratchet. And I'm very impressed with it!

The lights are a battery indicator that comes on when you first touch the trigger (On the M12 impact).. they have nothing to do with variable speed..

I'm aware of those lights indicating fuel level on Battery, but this one starts blinking and won't work until I release the trigger and wait for the lights to turn off.

Some recent buys from Cripe:

Plastic cases I bought for my 1/4" impact sockets, but they didn't fit as well as the 3/8" impact sets. They work perfectly to just grab and go (with the M12 3/8" impact)

I picked up 6 of those boxes on my cripe order this week. They seem pretty nice for the money. I'm putting a 1/4 drive set together for home.

Damn, they have a handle version of the SN36?! Love my chrome handle, but like that soft grip on yours! What's the part number?

Actually, I have never seen any of those 3 long models with handles! Nice!

SHN36. it was actually a fluke that I found the long ratchets. Was snooping around the truck waiting for the tool guy to finish ordering something for me and there they were sitting in a random toolbox drawer. He couldn't figure out why I was so excited to find them lol.

Was at ace looking at some of the levels when I saw this little guy in the upper corner of the display. Weird thing was they had this level/tape measurecombo priced at $20 while they had just the level priced at $22. I had a $5 coupon in my pocket so I figured why not.

I just picked up a 1/4" air ratchet and a Air cut-off made by BESWELL along with a PT flywheel tool a water separator and some carbide bits.

Does someone used oR have any experiences with BESWELL tools. I went on their website and apparently they make tools for Snap On, Chicago Pneumatic, Ingersoll Rand... They feel like good quality, both have that certain weight that makes em feel like they wont break after 20 min.

Picked this up last week. Wont use it much in the shop as I work on heavy duty diesels and we have jumper boxes for them. It'll be staying In the car as long as the weather stays in the plus temps in case the wife ever kills the battery or for when we go out to the mountains. It'll pay for itself the one time were stuck somewhere with nobody around!

I like my old snap-on ratchet too. something about positive click feel. haha
The feel and the sounds of the clicks have a subconscious soothing effect on the male brain.

(Said with a German accent)
I'm not sure why, but I've been using more and more coarse tooth ratchets lately (when I do use them, versus just using the cordless impact). Love the smooth feel of my Williams ratchets over the F80 Snap-On ratchets, or the Gearwrench 84 tooth ratchets I've been using for years.

Not sure what's driving it, but I wanted to go to fine tooth when all the imports were coarse tooth SK / Proto / Craftsman knock-offs. Now they're all 72 tooth truck tool imitations, so it feels good to use smooth low tooth ratchets (the Williams, not the MACs) and really haven't been using the fine tooth stuff much at all.

I stand by my previous statement about the soothing feeling

Just used that ratchet this morning. You should be able to find the 15/16" pretty easily, and I can't remember when I used my 3/8".

OK well they are not NEW, but they are New old stock! Found a hardware store 30 minutes away that is almost all NOS and stuff from stores that have closed. Lots of Fuller, US made Stanley, some Channellock, Vise Grip, Vermont American, etc.

Here is what I bought and will definitely be back! Did I mention that everything is 30 percent off? :)

The store is called Willowick Hardware for anyone in the NEO area.
