I found this OEM Honda wrench in a 360 I picked up. I love it, nice patina. Also, not a new purchase but a new picture of my newest build. Right side (not my favorite side :0 )

I guess this is a tool for some... just not for me. :)

I went to a fund raiser event with some cop friends. At the event they had a silent auction, so I placed some bids on a few things and I won this.

Doing some research which I am glad that I did since I live near Nellis Air Force Base and routinely have a variety of aircraft flying around the house.... I have read (and I am not willing to try) that trying to clock a military aircraft will set off their missile lock alarm in the cockpit. :shocking:

I have clocked my dog down the hallway at 8mph and a number of cars out on the street.

Picked this ratcheting screwdriver up from the snappy guy. Just like it because of the vintage look. Have probably 4 of these so it will prob stay in the case.

Try using it before blasting it. During my Hazet fever I bought quite a few things, most of it I've since moved along but those Hazet parts bowls I still have and they are awesome. The deep design is fantastic compared to the standard stamped metal things everyone else sells.

As far as "fragile", I've knocked mine and dropped it many times over the last 2 years. Hasn't broken. Magnet strength is perfectly adequate. Only way its going anywhere is if you physically smack it.

I have the same magnetic tray as the hazet. I love it way more then my stainless trays. Its more durable and the high sides keep more stuff in them better. The stainless trays bend and the magnets fall off if droped too much. Ive dropped mins many times and its still as good as new.

Craigslist find. At first I went and looked at a Gardner Denver 1-1/2hp (probably) decided it probably wouldn't be enough cfm for me. I think this might do the trick.

JimAJEJl.jpg

Even came with an extra pump. Not to shabby for $200 (provided they can be saved, fingers crossed)

Tank stamp, haven't looked inside yet. But its thick.

0Khq4oDl.jpg

The extra pump is a Leroi Dresser 660A. Which I assume, was probably originally installed on the tank. So my thought is something is up with it. Though it turns over by hand just fine.

Mduno00l.jpg

The other is a Kellogg American 452TVX. It shoes evidence of some will leakage but turns over by hand as well.

(sorry, seems it came out blurry)

No motor, which was fine as it was probably 3ph anyway. With the pressure lube and lifesaver feature of the Dresser, I might put that one into service. With a 7.5hp motor @125psi I should be almost at 40cfm :)

Also, be careful when moving around large tanks. We pulled the Kellogg before moving the tank and when moving the tank we had the angle to tight on the chain and it slipped the hook. Took a mounting foot to the toe. Titanium toes did their job, sadly, need to be retired.

My new engine leveler from Mac's Tie Downs just arrived about an hour ago. This is the smartest one I've ever seen. There's a lot of attention to detail, including that they used ACME thread.

Also picked up the harbor freight impacting 3/8" air ratchet. It will remove lug nuts torqued to 55 ft lbs but not 60; however, I have nearly 75 ft of hose and cheap 1/4" connectors, so I would blame my air supply before anything. It is so much nicer than using any high end standard air ratchet that I'm very happy regardless. I just wish they made a 1/2".

i just said its not even close to toptul, and yes toptul has the stronger magnet or it just works better with stainless steel instead of plastic..i bought two to see which one i will like better, and in this case its toptul.

Ordered this CP stubby 3/8 impact from our Gregg's Distributors guy. $150 CAD wasn't too bad. Was considering trading in my aircat for the smaller matco one but my matco guy would only give me $100 trade in so decided to get this and have two 3/8's!
