I don't know how often I'll use them but we were about to put them on the discount cart at work for $45. I asked my boss what my price would be and he said, "do you have a $20 on you?" I couldn't pass it up.

I'm back again today. Went down to the Ingersoll Rand distributor and picked up some of their cordless power tools.
RRP on Ingersoll Rand cordless tools in Australia is generally higher than (or very close to) Milwaukee. Definitely higher than Bosch, Hitachi etc. They ended up giving me a MASSIVE discount, and the price paid was cheaper than I could of picked up the equivalent Bosch pieces for.

Yes, those cordless tools were almost 3 x times the cost when compared to buying from U.S including shipping. With dollar down, maybe twice the cost. Can you advise how much you paid for the impact wrench? And the seller?

Sorry. I don't think they would like me saying how much I paid. It was well below RRP. It should be noted that I bought an Impact Wrench, Ratchet Wrench, Grease Gun, LED Light, and 3/8" Impact Socket set all together. As they say, the more you buy the more you save.
I can tell you that I bought the items from CAPS, at their Brisbane branch and the service was great. They deal mainly with industrial accounts I believe.

P.S. They gave me a free IR Tool Bag too! A long with a bunch of other merchandise as you would expect (catalogues, stickers, posters etc.)

Those grips are nice, I'd still have trouble paying double for the what's largely the same ratchet as the Armstrong though.

Look very nice. Should come in handy for some tight spots! What's the RRP on those in the USA?
RRP in Australia is AUD $507 = USD $394...... USD $56 a socket?

I'm not sure exactly id have to look at my receipt. I thought they were but on their site right now it only says $327 for the set. I've needed them for a long time. :rocker:
