I really want a set of those gimbals from gearwrench. Where did you get them?

Fedwrench posted a bogo deal with ntxtools here. They were like $12. And the ratchet mechanism is actually very nice, much better then my other older types.

Chinese made Kubota branded four gallon wet/dry vac. Bought the other day from Costco and I'm. I pressed that it actually is decent for only...$29, I think it was. My old small back from Home Cheapo is making bad bearing sounds and I've never liked it all that much anyway, so this'll do. I've had the huge Craftsman ones before. It worked great but just took up too much space in my little 18x18 garage.

I took advantage of the latest Enco sale and bought Starrett 0-1" and 1-2" micrometers, plus a 1" gauge block since the single mics don't come with a standard.

Pulled the trigger on a new mower, 24 horse kaw. 54 " cut SWISHER. I mow 3 acres and with my old craftsman lawn tractor it took 3 1/2 hours and 4 gallons of gas. With the new beast it still took 4 gallons of gas but it only took an hour and 40 minutes. It has the snap of a skid steer and will even pop wheelies :3gears:

Out the door for 4050.00

The bathtub drain in the house went to leaking. So while I was at it, I decided to replace the old 1 1/2" galvanized drain pipe with all new PVC. I needed to cut out the old galvanized pipe in about 3 sections to get it out of the cramped crawlspace. I went and bought a new 8.5 amp Porter Cable Tiger saw and a package of Lenox metal cutting blades. The saw cut through the pipe very easily. I like this saw!

The bathtub drain wasn't giving up easy either. I had to buy a bathtub drain remover.

It's kinda like a giant easy-out. Except it didn't snap off...:D Just drive it in tight and turn counterclockwise. It's 1/2" drive.

It took the big HF breaker bar and the big old Williams ratchet to get it out.

The extractor was no worse for wear. Probably won't use it for another 30 years but I have it if I need it!

Got this Blue Point work light, its actually my 2nd one, my other one is blue and i lose it easily, so went with green this time, my old one will be a back up one, this is a pretty decent light, with a good magnet!!

I have that in orange and a old style in orange. These are my go to lights and yes the magnet is extremely strong. The old style I had to use grey silicone to keep magnet from pulling out of bottom after a few months of use.

Swung by the land of stink today for a couple of movers blankets and spied the new style Harbor Freight composite ratchet now in 1/4 drive. On sale for $12.99, 10 bucks and change with a coupon. Measures 7 inches long overall, 72 teeth, Taiwan made, blah, blah, blah. I am not a fan of Harbor Freight but, I'm drawn to the new style composite ratchets for some unknown reason.
Item# 62619.

I bought the Fluke 381, the Irwin cutters (NWS), and the rector seal from Zoro. I had a 25% off coupon that needed using so I figured it was time to get the Fluke.

The Snap On wrenches were ebay, they were brand new until I opened them. It was one of the promo packs that had both the metric set and the SAE set. Both sets are the XL and flank drive plus, even my driver thought they were a good deal!

ef5684575e833be4bfeb86a65edeccb4.jpg Went on down to harbor freight and got some cheap impact sockets. I've heard the Pittsburgh pros aren't bad... Gonna try them out haha. Metrics are Chinese and standards are Taiwan lol. And a pitman arm puller for some front end work I've got coming.

If you hit the sales right it is priced very well. I think I paid $371 for it. I will need to learn how to use it myself. My buddy said he would show me. I wanted to be able to measure inrush as well as the fact that it has a wireless display made me think of all the places that I could use it.

I nearly bought the deep metric set myself, but I can't handle that it skips the 18mm...

Love their socket sets for the price but wish they'd include a dang 18. They used to. Guy at work has the set and there is a lone Snap on 18mm in there lol.

Looks like im gonna need to keep an eye out on the sales flyer! The lens looks nice and wide, my current mask has been acting up on me recently..

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it seems decent enough for $100. Comes with extra lenses for inside and out, headband feels nice, and adjustable shade (9-13) with the turn of a dial.

That is an odd size to skip, why not 16?

I have never had an issue with the impact sockets, but man the allen head and torx bits are like a cluster bomb, they toss shrapnel every time I used them. I ended up tossing them into a tool box that went through the auction, I was happy to see them go.
