Got a Dayton 3 ton ratcheting arbor press with matching stand from a buddy today. I prefer American iron, but while not a you **** price, I felt it was good enough not to pass up. Hens have more teeth then used arbor presses that come up for sale. Don't know if it in the spot I want it stay, but it is where it fit best.

I got the part numbers for those trays. I believe you can order them from the Cornwell website as well. I'm worried they are starting to discontinue them because there's a few trays that you can't get anymore. All the common socket sets you can still get trays for them. And they price out from 7.95 to like 12.95. Decently cheap.

(Been waiting for them for 2 months ended up with a bigger set at a better price)

My old CMan breaker bar made cheater bar, not exactly new but it has a new purpose. Wasn't going to warranty a U.S. made handle for a new China junk one

Sure is, a very good friend of mine. I used it for atleast 3 years before he asked to borrow it. He has a wife, 2 little kids, just moved into a new place and doesnt have too much extra money lately, accidents happen.

Thought about that, i had a need for it this week and this weekend and unfortunately i havent seen an active Mac truck in this area in a couple of years, plus i didnt buy it new. The brand new OTC one was barely $100....and honestly i have wanted the otc one since they started making them in th US again a year or 2 ago

Today I got in my insane deal 3$ Tekton combination wrench set. This was seriously 3$ shipped on Amazon Warehouse.

Looks pretty much brand new, there's one or two little abrasions in the open end of a 2 of the wrenches.

As for the quality they seem ok, amazing for the price. The stamping on them looks pretty rough / dodgy. Also the Tekton brand name is etched on rather than stamped which is a bit odd since the sizing is stamped. Not much else to talk about on them, pretty much just standard combination wrenches.

I also got a Neiko long pattern combination wrench in off eBay.

I think it feels quite a bit nicer than the Tektons. The stamping on it is very well defined, and the finishing inside the open end is quite a bit nicer. One other interesting thing is the open end is a lot smaller on the Neiko than the Tekton which could be an advantage in tight spaces but might also mean that it would be more prone to round over fasteners because the open end may not be as strong. Also the Neiko was about the cheapest long pattern wrench I could find at 6$ shipped, but it's still twice the cost of the Tekton set on Amazon Warehouse.

I decided to grab a couple of different long pattern wrenches off eBay to compare and see which ones I liked best before trying to get a set. I've got the Neiko now, and a Dewalt. On the way is a Signet, Snap-On, and Gedore. I might make a new thread when they all arrive and compare them to my Wrightgrips. Any other suggestions for long patterns to try to get for the comparison? I'd like to get a Toptul in for it but Dan only has a long pattern set, not individuals on eBay.

The Milton safety couplers work very well also as far as leaks are concerned. On the downside I don't think they come in high flow versions.

Fit and finish are better than my coworkers snappy version and it puts my old craftsman to shame. I am now a fan of koken even comes in a metal case. Great purchase check ebay

New piece of kit. I have the pneumatic cousin and its a fantastic time saver. This cuts the hose, and is still quite strong considering the size of the head, hits almost as hard as my MG325. Really smooth impacts also. Hardly vibrates and is quite pleasant to use compared to a jarring impact wrench.

And Blue-Point deep O2 socket to compliment the old faithful Snap-On SWR2. No idea who the OEM is since this is both tapered and American made and I did try searching since the Snap-On markup is disgusting (MSRP $70! ). Its hard enough to find any USA made O2 sockets, even lisle has resorted to some poorly finished Chinese socket.

A couple weeks back I couldn't find my time tested O2 socket I've had for 30 some odd years. So I run over and pick up a new lisle one. What a hunk of **** that turned out to be. Thanks for the heads up, at least I now know who's to buy.

You will love that Fluke 87. My hands down favorite meter. Been using one at work and one at home for the past 15+ years now and won't be caught without it.

Well another round came in today.

First off a set of E torx / spline drive GW ratchet wrenches from Apex and only because I didn't make free shipping with those another set of the magnetic wobbles.

And now for my second set of Toptul. These were bought from dnschmidt because some flipping yahoo from here tried to burn him saying they were damaged when he received them. I want you to know I looked these over with a fine tooth comb not because they "might" have been scratched up but because I figured the dude that was trying to burn Dennis was pulling a scam. Sure as heck and maybe I'm blind as a bat but the ONE AND ONLY mark I found is in the middle of the single wrench pic. I swear what a tool that dude was (sorry guys, this guy gives tools a bad name) . BTW, these were missing the tray and all wrapped together and still not a hint of damage. Also I ordered these late Saturday night and here they are. I'll be buying more from Dennis in the future.
