I like the look of that craftsman work bench and stainless top.. can you elaborate more about this? I know craftsman has two grades of metal work benches...

I bought the higher end taller and longer version 6 years ago. The bench itself is awesome and rock solid since I lag bolted it to the walls as well as bolted it to the concrete floor. The drawer units are complete **** tho. Had I known about this site when I bought the bench I would have gone the Stevo route. When we move next. I'll copy and modify his plans to suite my needs and keep these for extra work space.

So Taiwan......where'd u pick them up? I need a 10mm flare crowsfoot. This set may be cheaper than buying the single 10mm from snap on

Picked these up today. Price was 50% off so I got them for $5. I was like USA Wiss, good right? What I read on the internet so far sounds like this particular model has a bad reputation. They are the M41R pipe and duct snips.

These in particular needed a light deburring and I had to tighten the pivot joint as well as slightly bend the right side blade to get them to cut correctly. Now they seem to cut good enough but it was a lot of work lol.

Menards 19.99 my guess is the equivalent of gw? They skip 16mm.
Don't get cheap flare nut tools.
My original though as well but for the price i can afford to replace them with something better if i need to. Hopefully not.

Recent acquisitions from the newly opened ReStore. Everything US made (except the 1/4 driver) and only out about $25. I've made it a point to go there every Wednesday now when they open for the week.

Those are Ford Model A era wrenches in the front if you're wondering.

Purchased a couple of days ago from a local PS:

$10 for some Misc Tools
Proto 07656 1"F to 3/4"M adapter
Wright 8400-2 W 1"Dr 30" ratchet

The ratchet had the adapter on it and I doubt the pawnshop people had any idea it was there.

Not a tool, exactly, but makes a lot of jobs easier by putting some light on the subject.

We went for a friend to pick up a surgical table he was buying from a urologist who was retiring. My wife thought we should also buy this Burton medical exam lamp for $100, including $100 worth of extra bulbs. 100W halogen focused right on the bench top.

New addition to my M12.

Water, drop and dust resistant, with 2.1Ah USB and auxiliary. Package claims up to 25hr on 4.0XC, so safe to say 7-10hr on 1.5A or 2.0A.

Quite loud for a single speaker setup, distortion and separation is well controlled up to about 2 clicks from max volume. Punchy bass, mellow treble, overall warm sounding.

Good bogo buy the half inch deep metric chrome sockets get the 24inch flex ratchet for free. Also picked up rigid carbon scrapers and a long pick set. Had to scratch the tool itch!

These arrived at our site from a factory that closed down in New Jersey. A lot of it is used up but so much more has never seen a machine or a piece of material. 202d39e3457a0e12167a6587851e457b.jpgda5357fda5c0c46d21dcf6b72e3882f5.jpgb5cf2729670cd910e6f8daec3681905f.jpg1cdd6ad8fbe545c2e2f0377424c2ba37.jpgf5ecc6d608dae702880f390dfce95ecd.jpg

Got a few New Tools from a low quality tool Company nobody knows.

Nice. I have that jigsaw as well (as well as all the other stuff you bought...I might have a addiction though), I think you and me are the only two in this world. ;) Did yours come with a vacuum adapter?
