Sweet, the SO angle wrenches are the only ones I know of that the angle is just right so they always can sneak in there somehow.

Was using some mastercraft bits until one shattered and smashed my head on the fender of a sunfire. Luckily the tool truck was still in the parking lot.

Yeah I was offered a standard QR with the purchase of a Standard Semi deep set. I managed to get an F80 instead.

He gave me the option on which ratchet I wanted but decided to stick with the quick release.

I'm too lazy to get pictures, but in the mail today I got a Fenix LD22 flashlight, a set of Mayhew Dominator picks and a set of their pry bars, along with OTC's drain plug tool set.

Tomorrow I should get a set of putty knives, an SK screwdriver set, another GearWrench ratcheting wrench to complete my current set, an OTC blow gun, a different set of Mayhew picks, and an antifreeze tester.

Slowly but surely I'm getting the tools I need for classes, just hope I'll have them all soon so I can take classes this summer.

Yesterday I noticed a couple of what I thought were red tool carts in my snap on guy's storage room while he was grabbing my shallow impact sockets... Turns out they are top opening coolers...

He said they were on his other truck for demo and got chipped and scuffed up a bit because they never sold...

Well, I thought they look cool so we worked out a cash deal on one... It will be great for summer BBQ's and garage parties!!

Anyway, I stopped by to give him the cash today for it, and noticed he had just marked down this 20 piece set of 1/2 6pt deep impacts that I had been eyeballing for awhile!!

I'm gonna go broke saving money, LOL!!

3/8 to 1 9/16... I'm going to need some big projects in the future now...

Ok, one last tool for the week... The die grinder was lonely, so who am I to deny anything companionship...

Shars eh. Don't hear much of that 'round these parts. I just got in a 0-1 mic, a 3/8 air ratchet and 1/4 die grinder yesterday(package deal). Haven't even unboxed to take pics. Chump change for the three. Anxious to try them out and see if I can kill them.

They are Pro check brand, economy shop grade blocks. Great value for the money. Probably comes from the same manufacturer as the shars blocks.

Well, if you're never going to use it, and might be interested in letting it go for a small price that isn't ridiculous, toss me a PM sometime. I find them quite useful as I need all my stuff to be very mobile while I go to school and have to cart tools back and forth between home and school.

I'm kinda on the fence...I keep thinking about doing a big clean-out of excess stuff like that to streamline my tool collection and putting it all up in a classified add here....but then there's a part of me that is a pack-rat that keeps everything!

Unless you can't afford to buy a set elsewhere, I would pass on them, they are not lifetime warranty. I try not to buy anything from Snap On that doesn't have lifetime warranty.

The Snap On plastic scrapers and trim tools are manufactured by Bojo. I bought a new, 5 piece, scraper set from an eBay reseller for $18 and they are made in USA.

Do these ever go on BOGO? I'd like a metric/sae set. I only see the snap on guy about once a month since I'm not in a shop and technically my area is without a driver right now. The guy I use is awesome, but he's in a different territory so I don't get notified of the sales, etc.

Well, it appears I've been on a bit of a Sunex kick lately. Just picked up the 38 piece mini ratchet and bit set, number 9726, for $12.95. I got it from a local Wilson Trucking Salvage store. The ratchet actually has 72 teeth. I'm gonna take a 1/4 square drive hex bit and cut it down to make a mini 1/4 ratchet. It's overall length is right at 4 inches.

M12 oscillating tool (only because my previous Bosch was 12v and it worked fine), M18 Fuel grinder, M18 fuel 14-gauge double cut steel shears, M18 5-3/8" metal cutting circular saw, M18 Fuel sawzall, M18 planer, and a few hand tools. I'm getting away from the old Duo-Fast hammer tackers I have because the pneumatic staplers all use T-50, so hopefully this Milwaukee works well. Also a hand seamer, tin snips, some scissors for the toolbox and a tool belt.

Also got two of the TrueView floodlights with battery promos from HD (not pictured)... they are great!

I'm usually a M12 guy, but I wanted an 18 volt brushless drill, and I already have a Makita LXT 18 volt circular saw with 3 batteries. So I looked around and found this Brushless XPH07 Hammer-Drill, Drill, Driver for $149. It looks pretty good on first inspection and I think it will do what I need. I'm not a pro, I just wanted one for my projects.

The Bahco ratcheting driver came from Santa.

The "T" bit holder I picked up at a motorcycle shop while I was looking for some JIS bits, $20. It is kinda cool as you can put a bit in either of all three ends of the tool. Likely a gimmick, we'll see if I ever use it!
