Curv-o-mark burning bar
Been wanting one for a while but didn't want to pay the full $90
This one was brand new with a missing box for $45

And picked up a Mack signpainters brush. Squirrel hair. Got so tired of a cheap brush dropping bristles I went to the opposite end of the spectrum. d14fe6456c1f246fe17e718a78fbcecf.jpg253f2a1e536f1708c5c87bb48eac3666.jpg

I sincerely wish there was interest in Toptul in the USA. I've had some of my Toptul tools for well over fifteen years and I have never had a single issue with them. I know they seem to be very popular in Eastern Europe, Russia, Asia, etc. They even have Toptul trucks just like we have Snap-On trucks.

Are they for sale here? I wouldn't mind green tools

I have been looking for a nice set of drivers for a while now. I was leaning toward the Torque II, but found a good deal on this used 12pc set.

This Matco prybar set, http://www.matcotools.com/catalog/product/PBSG4A/4-PIECE-GREEN-HEAVY-DUTY-PRY-BAR-SET/ I did not keep it,bought it to donate it to something.Youtube subscriber Justin Dow has a foundation,Technicians of Tommorrow and this set is going to this.It is for helping out stuggling technicians going through a hard time and can't afford new tools at the moment.Bought it Tuesday and sent it out yesterday. He has received new and good used tools as donations so far.

Am I the only one who wishes we still had the square plastic handles?
Those are second only to the wooden handle mac and protos in my opinion

Well. Came upon a guy selling his collection. Taking it all to a local auction tomorrow, and I had a crack at it before he packs it all up. I might just have to go bid on some more! I've got maybe 15% of his hard line tool collection. It was one of those moments where I wished I had the liquid cash to buy it all and then flip it in the weeks ahead. But this is what I started with...

Snap-on chrome 1/2" sockets, 10-26mm

Snap-on 3/8" impact swivels, 9-19 mm.

S.K USA 7-19mm wrenches.

Mac 1/2" x 3/8" extension.

Ultra pro 3/8" extension

Mayhew pry bar.

Snap-on F835 3/8" ratchet.

Snap-on S710 1/2" ratchet.

Snap-on SRP3 snap ring pliers.

Snap-on IP80 1/2" universal.

Snap-on GLA62 3/4" x 1/2" adapter.

My local Aldi had both of the lithium rechargeable COB work lights.

Gonna check them out a bit and maybe do a video on them. For 9$ a piece they seem like a steal but I have to compare them against some of my other lights.

I got lucky on Saturday. A buddy of mine was consolidating boxes and cleaning stuff out. He wanted it gone and sold it to me cheap. It was an all or none deal, so I took it all. He refuses to deal with the small time nickle and dime stuff with CL sales. I don't mind. I already sold a few of the duplicates/not needed tools and made back a good portion of it. This is what I kept:

Stant pressure tester with adapters
Save phace goggles
Some small plumbing stuff
Three O2 sensor sockets
Cordless Dremel
Vermont American 24" bolt cutters
Shrink tube
Tool aid back probe kit
10 miscellaneous Swiss/italian mini pliers and cutters
SK tamper proof torx plus set
Gearwrench serpentine belt kit.

Almost everything is like new.

I still have a few little things to sell off...Total investmemt will be $0 when I'm done. I'm pretty happy with that.

Skin,

You will love the stubbies! I am just glad I got my kit on "special", I am betting you did as well.

All I wanted it for was the stubbies actually. They seem to hold their retail too well though so I figured i'd just get the full set. This was ebay, opened but essentially new for $350. The retail price and trade-up promos they run would make me run away screaming "no no no nope!".

There is a BOGO with the long wrenches also but I already own them all.
