Nice catches from german eBay Kleinanzeigen:

From the top
Elora 770-L1-Z, the mother of all ratchets (12 clicks!), used, square connector missing, 10.5€

Elora 770-L1-P, lever switching ratchet, new old stock, few dents, 16€

Elora 1/2" swivel joint, brand new, 11€

Not too bad.

Arrived yesterday, Witte screwdriver set (same as Matco re-branded set for 1/3 of the price), Knipex 7 & 10 inch plier wrenches, Channellock 440 and 460.

I just got the 10 in plier wrench as well. Very excited, it is my first Knipex :rocker:

Build quality is very good - I am impressed. Going to be buying more Knipex as the funds allows.

Picked up a grinder.

It's not new but for $18, you can't go wrong.

Put a new orange hard handle (FHD80-12O) on an old stubby 3/8 driver (F40A).

A nice complement to my orange hard handled ratchets!482169f6f88a40ed5f8c1637b5a86a65.jpgde02dbe4952b3f75f34cb04a137cba16.jpg

I have a 12" compound sliding miter saw, but it is a beast to drag out for straight 2x4 or 2x6 cuts... So I picked up a 10" for smaller jobs...

Extra set of brackets for the saw stand,

This 6' box level followed me home too,

I broke down and bought a 1/4" socket set today:

9ece4a2d1ada6c4660b0eaa548b6d008.jpg

$65 for all of that; I already had a u-joint and adapter, and I could have saved about $2.50 by getting the plain chrome instead of painted ones, but that was half the reason I bought this set. The local warranty was the other half.

Just got this from Sears. I forget the entire number of pieces, but this was missing a 1/4" ratchet & the metric hex keys so it was only $50.

I always hear people complaining about Craftsman and the lack of quality, but these new ratchets are AWESOME even if made in China. I have an older set (US Made raised panel) and these new ones feel terrific (72 teeth) and have a nice heft to them and sockets are very solidly attached.

Local sale, found few things I've been missing once or twice. Qualitywise, nothing too impressive (even channellocks were a small disappointment, but they were dead cheap).

But I think evrything will work as a backup, wich is the plan.

Just received my first quality torque wrench. Its a Hazet 40-200Nm. It took a while to get it from Germany but initial thoughts are promising. It has a really nice weight to it, the adjustment for torque settings seems smooth and easy to lock. I look forward to using it this weekend.

A friend of mine is moving here from Oklahoma, and thieves broke into her shop while she was on the road and took all of her tools, welders, jacks, etc.

I got some wrenches and screwdrivers to help her out. Not clear what the insurance situation will be.d7ee311993a0a8634e549153eaa4969f.jpg

Just arrived today, Snap On 196 needle nose pliers with cutter. I'm a little surprised by how stiff the action is, hoping that wears in over time. My first set of Snap On pliers and I'm surprised how crude they feel compared to my Knipex, NWS and Channellock.

I have Knipex needle nose pliers, can't say anything bad about them. After reading all of the praise on here about the Snap Ons, I guess I just expected more. Feel like there is too much friction in the action, which typically means subpar machining. I will say they do feel rugged, like they will take a beating without breaking a sweat.
