Orange handled Snap-on 47ACF combination pliers to go with my Kubota made by Wilde pliers.

Mac 13" 3/8 drive Axis ratchet, Hope it stands up like my Snap-on FL80. Like the handle on the Mac better than the Snap-on

Snap-on brake tool and Mac lock ring plier with a slightly different tip

The bent one isn't a screwdriver. MAC knows what they're used for and actually labels it properly, as mini pry bar.

Mine was called an angled blade screwdriver. It specifically said on the packaging not for prying. You can imagine the warranty claims reaching the moon otherwise

Orange handles? They look red in the picture. :headscrat

Was that dress blue & black or white & gold?
Is lemon-lime Gatorade green or yellow?

Color arguments will never be settled. The colors you see are likely not the same as the colors someone else sees. It's pretty amazing this world has come as far as it has when two people observing the exact same thing so often can't agree on what they saw. Often there is no one verifiable truth. Reality is subjective.

For the record, yes, to my eyes also, the handles look red, but my son says orange. lol

i asked him to take a look because he and I have had the same argument since he was a teen when I offered to bring him a bottle of gatorade to his baseball practice after he said he didn't care what flavor except yellow, so I got him the old-standard Lemon Lime because it's so obviously green. Eventually we went to the internet to try to settle it once and for all and only found that it's a very common argument that's pretty divided 50/50 into team green and team yellow. lolol

Been rolling the MM 211 around on a furniture dolly with a steel "table" screwed to it for the last year and a half with the cylinder horizontal on the dolly underneath.

https://www.fastenal.com/products/details/0805383

Got one of these from the local FNL Clearance Outlet. $225 because the caster mounts were welded in the wrong spot. I like this one over the new HF Vulcan one because it's all drawers on the left side, not a big cubby on the bottom. Cut the caster mounts off and was tacking up yesterday- what do you know? Out of gas. Finished up this morning and threw a few coats of paint on throughout the day. Will bolt up the casters and load it down tomorrow.

Nice! Wish they had one of those near me.

Nothing big or spectacular today just a couple of small items from Walmart while waiting for the wife to shop.

1) Nice Sheffield folding razor blade knife. $9.99
They also had a nice small Sheffield hatchet/multi tool with pouch to match for $9.99 too. Think I'll pick it up next time I'm there.

2) Dasco Pro Set of 3 different point size nail set. Like the red, white and blue, Made in USA. $3.00 and change. They have a soft plastic type covering n them.

Also picked up this 4 pack of 6' long straps. Reduced price at $6.95 down from $9.99 at the local Odd Lot Store.

I stumbled on those on the Snap-on site a couple weeks back. I've been bitching for years they didn't make one, now I'll just ***** until I can find a used one!:lol_hitti

You can find a few on ebay, but they have the comfort grip. I just said **** it and ordered it online from SO. :lol_hitti

Don't know what to say. I own a grand total of 4 Snap-on orange tools, all a different shade of orange. 2nd picture

The new 47ACF combination pliers are in the middle of the 3rd. picture. Compared to some of my red handled Snap-on pliers

They look orange in the 3rd picture but red in the 1st picture. I think you have one orange pair and one red pair and are messing with us.

Got tired of replacing my Milwaukee m12 rotary tool, hopefully this one will last a little longer. Build quality seems much better.

Got a few things from Amazon yesterday. Some Knipex circlip pliers and Sunex 15mm and 33mm sockets. Unfortunately I was wanting a 23 mm so I tried again and received the same outcome. Amazon inspected to ensure it was a socket in a bag I assume, but for 8 dollars and some change, I'll keep them. IMG_20180427_074447.jpg

On those Knipex circlip pliers. They make them with two different joints in the same sizes and types. I see that you have some of each. Is the joint the only difference?

The grips on the pliers with the screw are different. Instead of being smooth and waxy, they are textured and seem thicker. The action of the joint isn't buttery smooth as the other style either. Not based on actual usage, but just from the visuals and feel, the pliers with the screw are not nearly as refined. Casting lines and parting lines are clearly evident. If I were to seek out more, I would probably pass on them for the other style.IMG_20180427_094333.jpg

The Knipex 48/49 series with the screw joint are called precision. The benefits are the tips are inserted spring steel and not turned from the cast, which would be the weak spot. The opening spring is also internal and not exposed on the external pliers.

Expanded my current SK long handle wrench set up to 22mm and also picked up a 6mm. I think I'll get the few other larger sizes just to have the entire set.

My wife did good for the anniversary this year!
e5k178.jpg

Knipex Cobras, Knipex PlierWrench, Braun underhood light, Gearwrench 120XP flex-head set, and (a gift I thought was extra special) a collage she had made with the license plate from my Miata I just sold.
Happy as a pig in mud. :)

'Twas a good week after all as it ended with two new arrivals. :rocker:

Now not only can I make a mess.

IMG_4456.jpg

I can totally blow it off when I'm finished.

I really like this thing. It's got two speed settings and a variable speed trigger. It actually works perfect for what I wanted

Electric Xmaxx. I had 3.3 gas Tmaxx/s years ago. this thing is wicked so far. I really should have sold it... bc its going to be another expensive hobby. hahaha. I've never had electrics. Dealer said his cost as 999... normal Xmaxx trucks are 8-900 then you have to buy the batteries and charger setup.. seen a few sold for 1200ish on eBay and FB.... but I never win anything so.... If I can figure out how to run it and video it, I will lol

if you have any 9.0 batteries, you'll love that grinder. you might not ever use a corded one again....

That's why I bought it was for the 9.0. The battery was mainly for the blower which just got done impressing me. I have close to 15sqft of driveway, walkways and patios. One full charge got 80% of it fairly cleaned off. I bet if I did a super delux pressure wash the blower could keep everything looking pretty decent in one charge.

I bought a cheap spade and post hole digger at a Norma, a discount store similar to Aldi and Lidl. Certainly not worth posting here except for the fact that they came with the vaunted Harbor Freight smell emanating from the handles. That smell is unmistakable!

Edit- I don't know why the pictures are posting sideways. They are upright on my computer and phone.
