225 Are those the Tekton hex bits? If so what do you think of them?
Thanks,
Seth
What ever you do, do not drop that Snap-on light. They shatter. I've busted 2-3 of them. They're nice lights until you drop them. Not durable enough for shop use. They have come out with an aluminum housed one now. I have one on order to give it a try. We'll see.
got a few things from McMaster:
The 5/64 L keys are for Lori deadbolts, the T handle is for Sargent padlocks and the WB padlock is just because I love brass![]()
I have a WB brass padlock that I use on my trailer's hitch coupler, it has been on there for a couple of decades. It won't stop determined thieves but it does keep opportunists at bay and does so without leaving rust stains.
Yes it is.... my favorite screw drivers....19 piece set?
Correct. I got them from amazon... 125$.Is that the 19pc Williams / Bahco set?
Are the Williams made in US? If so I assume they're basically Snap-on hard handles.Correct. I got them from amazon... 125$.
As far as i know, pouch china, drivers usa and the bahco spain. This has been discussed on here a few times. It seems that the dimensions are just a little bit different than the Snap-on versions.
I have been wanting to buy the Williams 19pc set for so long. I just cannot justify any more screwdrivers.
Oh no... urrea tools. Cheaper than williams... i got two sets. I think one ran 70....Just wow. Are all those yellow ones Proto?
Is this the new series 2 cart? Did they have the unicorn everyone wants in Blue?
Yes, this is the new series 2 and yes, they had all three colors....I looked at the blue and it was real nice, but I'm an old school toolhound and stayed with the traditional red.....
No mater the color.....these carts are SUPER nice and well built/designed.
Harbor Freight has really stepped up their game on their quality.....If this cart was placed in front of me to assemble, with no manufacturer's markings....I would find it hard to believe it wasn't made in the U.S.A......
I'm probably going to post a new thread about it in a few.....
Just wow. Are all those yellow ones Proto?
Great tools and great prices... proto and urrea used to have some type of partnership... i think they are great for the price. Hell they need push them more and mexican quality is great.. i would buy them over china or Taiwan. To add onto the OP's answer:
Urrea's factory in Mexico used to be Proto's factory.
That's nice Mike, where'd you pick that up at.

Thanks Cam. I picked this one up from Zoro.
I've wanted one for a while and kept putting off buying one because I told myself that I was content with my little 4" Dayton but lately I have been looking at them more and more. I found a couple on eBay but they had some pretty extensive holes drilled in them and I figured if I was going to do a oops, I wanted it to me my oops and not have to look at something someone else did. In the 15+ years of using my little Dayton I only had one oops where I thought the hole was centered and I caught the edge of one of the ways with the bit.
Does anyone know COO on these?
Never mind me, I'm gonna go walk into traffic now lol.Is that a trick question? It says USA on the pliers right below where it says Blackhawk. I can see it from here.
Those teeth totally line up and are tight. I would totally recommend.

How much are people paying for the Blackhawk/Proto pliers? Normally I do a bunch of research and then patiently wait for a good deal, but you all just peer pressured me into impulse buying a set today. No idea if I got a good deal or not.

bummed to find out they ditched the green selector switch... really didn't like how ungodly stiff the switch was fresh out of the bag... just taking it apart, cleaning, and relubing made a massive difference
