How do you like the Milwaukee impact

The thing is awesome. I just changed to my snow tires today with it, while its small size isn't necessary for that job, it's a good test. And at just 3/8 drive, I had to use an adapter on the 21mm lug nuts, it had no problem.
Being in the parts business, I'm curious- what type shoes are you having to rivet linings on?
My 3/8 stubby came in this afternoon. $123 from CPO

Japanese knives are really thin and sharp. Great for slicing and dicing. It's blade is at a 15 degree angle. If you like to be rough with your knife and beat it around than i suggest going with western knife with a thicker blade.

That Tojiro DP was only 55.96 from Amazon. ( stainless steel softer clad on the outside and a VG-10 core steel) I also have their carbon steel ones which I love but my wife doen't always dry those after use and they can rust, so i got the Tojiro DP series that are stainless. The DP series are priced really well. I also have some Shun Premier and they cost a lot more but I like my Tojiro work horse.
My beater knives for my family

I'm admiring the picture quality as much as the tool! Was that taken with your phone or a camera?
Here's my kit from left to right:
Shun Kramer parer
Shiki Damascus petty
Carter funayuki
Hattori 270 mm sujihiki
Kumagoro 165 mm nakiri
Nenohi Nenox 240 mm gyutou
Misono 210 mm gyutou
There are two other techs(besides myself) in our shop who have these....we love them! I use mine all the time. I've had it for 2+ years, put one head repair kit in it. One of the other techs bought a 3/8 fuel & doesn't like it near as well. Too bulky & really not as powerful as it should be. i'm getting a 3/8 brushed as soon as I get to Home DepotGot a brand new 1/4" drive brushed ratchet for $50 shipped. My first Milwaukee ratchet!
Hope they come out with long neck versions like SO!

I was doing a little thrifting today, and I came across a guy who had a whole bunch of NOS xcelite stuff. I got this whole pile for $20! He had a bunch of other stuff that I already had, but I bought just about everything that I didn't have! I was happy to get both the extra-long and stubby nut drivers and the long screwdrivers. There was also a lone Vaco screw-holding philips in there too!

Nice score. Xcelite is pricey for some reason. Don't see a lot of it on here. I started my career in PC repair. We used a lot of Xcelite tools.

Scored a set of used Flare Nut Snap-On wrench for 70

Where did you get those wrenches for so cheap?
Wow that’s a crazy deal! I think I paid 80 for my metric set
