Cool concept hanging the air tools by those magnetic hooks. They the HF ones?
gift. Few recent deals I couldn't pass up via HD, lowes, and amazon.

Surprised you went with Craftsman screwdrivers no matter the price. I don't have experience, but don't have high hopes.

Your assistant is the best!

I wish he was an assistant. Currently his shop jobs consist of sniffing items and knocking them over and chewing up towels. If anyone wants to hire him he charges a tennis ball a week
Picked up the Astro Pneumatic 65SL.

How do you like it compared to the HF version? I have the Braun and it seems like the battery dies in ~15 mins.
I don't have the new Astro, but I have the Braun and a $11 knockoff 40SL from ebay.

Similar looking ones can be had for as low as $9, build quality is not the best but it has fallen 3+ feet multiple times onto concrete and its still running. Its definitely not 400 lumens either, but you didn't ask about that.
For the Braun I recommend getting some high quality Samsung 18650 cells and a standalone charger. The charging circuit in the Braun is **** and so are the cells. The micro USB is also more fragile than average. Mine will only charge thru the port if I get the plug in just right angle, and that was after less than 15 charges.
Nice. I've been wanting one of those wand type lights. The tool truck guys sell basically the same thing with a different name on it for 3x the price![]()
Couldnt help myself from picking up a 3/8 Milwaukee ratchet and an extra battery from Home Depot. All my other stuff is Dewalt, maybe this will convert me from yellow to red.
Went to the DirectTools outlet, 30% off sale, and more and got the Ryobi 1/2 drill with battery, Impact driver with battery and the air pump, $97 dollars out the door!
Is that as durable as that looks? I've been keeping an eye out for something like that. Currently have one made by Brother that is very bulky and plasticy. That one looks 100000x times better!
New to me, anyhow. Scored a genuine USA-made 1/4 inch drive Indestro speeder handle. Buried in a box with a few dozen other misc makes at a local place billing itself as "The most interesting tool store in the world". Great condition with minimal wear considering how old it is. Goes well with my Proto half and 3/8 drive units. I would post a pic, but just not bright enough to make that happen.
