Finally got the 10" plier wrench with 0-2" jaws, so far they are 100% knipex quality. a339b5ade6119db897fba98322d11cc4.jpg

Be careful with that air rat. I used to snap my wrist and smash my fingers all the time and then I went 14.4 and didn’t look back

I’ve got the cordless too. Got the air to have a little extra power. It kicks pretty good, but what surprised me is how much the 14.4 kicks too.

No one will understand that battery carrier until they need it lol

I used to use one at the parts store I worked at in college. Never thought I needed one. The factory batter in my mother's '12 Liberty recently died...there is NO room to get your hands around it to lift it any other way. Mine is the metal handle cantilever style.

I finally popped on this Heyco 14 / 17 flare nut wrench I have been watching on Amazon...it came down to $10 and I couldn't pass it up. Should be perfect for the brake lines on my M3.

I also picked up a magnetic Paper Towel Holder. I've been meaning to pick one up and finally just ordered it on Amazon. I wanted a black one to match the trim on my box.

The magnets are pretty strong I assume, can you pull and tear without the roll coming off the cabinet?

One of the small town NAPAs was having their annual tool sale and I couldn’t pass them up

Also picked up a new 26” US General from harbor freight....but it has a big dent in the side.

^^^ This. For me, it’s not for “carrying” the battery. It’s for those PITA situations where you can’t get your d*** beaters on the battery to pull it out.

^^^Yeah that one is my favorite too. you can usually get those pads in some tight places. Those battery carriers aren't created equal though. Some models are just flimsy I think Kastar (now Lang) made the original version rebadged by many.

FINALLY upgraded my old floor jack. The gear mechanism would not engage anymore and release. The hydraulics are still good, but otherwise its done.

Gave me the long over due reason to get the one I wanted. The HF long reach low profile jack. This isn't he Snap On clone, but its a darn fine jack, best I've ever owned anyway. Buddy has the Jegs jack you see on Amazon, I's put this one next to it anyday. Wheels feel like they are on ball bearings, built HEAVY. I needed help wrestling it into the cart.

Hoping I can lift the end of a car all at once when I do brakes and not go from side to side. Looking forward to many long years with this one.

Not new, but new to me. Picked up this Kobalt top/bottom stack for a steal because of a little bit of surface rust under two of the drawers. A little sandpaper and touch up paint and she'll be good as new. Just started moving tools over from the HF 5-drawer cart, which was previously my main box.

I've been looking at the same jack. My only concern is the height of the back near the handle. Although it's longer and lower than the two jacks I have now, it appears quite a bit higher in the back, which seems to defeat the purpose. How do you like it so far?

The Wright satin look great. Making me second guess myself on buying the chrome.

The chrome is great, and in fact appears to have a better fit/finish than the matte. One of my satin has a closed end off center (significantly so IMO) - I plan on calling and getting them to replace it later this week.
