SRAM... that's a brand I haven't thought about in a while. I always wish they made a silver component set, as I always wanted to build up a 'new old school' American made steel bike, having a custom built from from the multitude of sellers in the US. But they never made one.

Mr. Moss, I had linked 16again to the source where I bought mine. I recommend calling before ordering to see if they have any left in stock. Long story, but I ended up with a fairly large O’reilly’s gift card.
So, I brought Old Faithful’s twin brother home today.
I’ve had the old one for 17 years (it’s still going strong), and have been wanting a second one for a while, but considered it more of a luxury than a necessity.
I’m pretty excited!

Long story, but I ended up with a fairly large O’reilly’s gift card.

That Delco stuff is nice. I just picked up a pair of 6 ton stands.

Nice! Ive been eyeballing their 6 ton stands for a bit too.
I’ve got two pair of their lower weight smaller stands (I think one set is 3 ton and the other 3.5 ton that match the floor jacks) that I got at the same time I got that first floor jack, and then a pair of the 6 tons I picked up for half price a while back at TSC (Big Red brand).
I’ve been wanting this matching second floor jack for years, but could never justify spending the money, as I had other smaller and different brand jacks that I could make serve my purposes. Having matching jacks is going to be awesome!

I was beginning to get nervous that they were going to change it on me, and I wouldn’t be able to have exact twins. It’s even still packaged exactly the same way as the old one had been.
I’ve got no complaints with it after all this time it’s still rock solid.
Having the nice shiny new one does make me realize now how badly I need to clean the old one though, lol!

I've been switching my air tools over to Chicago Pneumatic, and ive been trying to treat myself to owning multiples so I grabbed another 90* die grinder so I don't have to swap out sanding discs/ attachments.

Pretty compact and plenty of power, though it will mostly just be used for sanding/ grinding discs. I paint all of the easy to loose stuff bright colors, so that's why the roloc has pink paint on it, though its mostly worn away

Really liked the size and ergonomics of this wrench set. Stubby offset wrenches.
I upgraded my soda bottle to a purpose made bottle that has a magnet on the back (strong enough to hold the bottle completely full of liquid) and a check valve in the cap.
10" Knipex Pliers wrench. This is the new style. I much prefer the textured grips over the slick style plastic grips.
Universal E10 socket from Snap On.

Picked up this Kimo battery powered rachet wrench from Amazon. Its 12 V, 3/8th drive. Came with 2 batts, and a charger, and some Metric sockets.
Nice wrench,and its own case.

This “arrived” today.
I finished building it this afternoon. Pine-framed 3/4” MDF covered in Formica with a miter rail.

finally talked myself into picking up an air belt sander from Astro, uses 1/2"-18 belts, and picked up a bunch of US made belts from McMaster-Carr for cheap

So far I really like it!
I've used it a few times so far. My one saw the max rpms are 10.5-11.5K. I thought I had it close but, it was at 8900 rpms. I picked this one because it uses a 9v battery which is replaceable. Most of the ones I've seen have a permanent battery and this one works both with the leads and wirelessly. It was $100, but I think its worth it. I was considering the Stihl Edt 9 but, I liked the 9v battery. I bought it here...

Hi, I understand that it fits your miter gauge. My question is what do you need a miter slot for that is 14 inches to the right of the blade?
