Just picked up this hydraulic pipe bender from HF, been waiting for the 16 ton for a while. Have to find some pipe and try it out, always wanted one with the itc it as 149$. Now let's see how it works.

Picked up a couple Starrett punches for work.
Got this box from Tempo Communications today, I lost the back of my tone generator for tracing wires and while they don’t sell parts, they were nice enough to send me an old demo unit, free of charge.

Upgraded my old SK SAE wrenches to Snap-on. I couldn’t stand how short the SKs were every time I had to reach for them. These Snap-ons are a much more useful length to me, particularly in the smaller sizes.

Finally picked up some flex head ratchets. Time to get with the times and see what all the fuss is about.

The 1/2" inch and the stubby are the the true stars of that set. I had a 5ft cheater pipe on my 1/2" and it took the abuse. And of course; the stubby is a lifesaver when you need it.

I'll agree with the abuse statement. If I had to use a 5' cheater, it would be a 3/4" drive sliding T handle the socket would be on. I've never broken a ratchet because I don't abuse them.

These and other bit sockets from Capri are mentioned in the "Hot Deals" forum. I was expecting less for $25.00. I think I'll be buying more after seeing these.

The new bolts for my Mini subframe are e-torx, so I sprung for sockets to match the rest of my impacts:

Getting ready for my eventual purchase of a 3D Printer. Some tools I know I will use.

1. Acupuncture Needles (to clear the nozzle)
2. Small OEM screwdrivers
3. 7mm Wrench for nozzle
4. Eklind T handle hex keys
5. Dual scraper... Metal and Plastic (covers not shown)

My printer will be in my office... no where NEAR my garage... so reason to buy more tools.

These my pro friends chew through grade 8 bolts and exhaust flanges catalytic converters etc., buy once cry once with these. Spray lube on em every so often while using. Fastenal, and quoted cheaper in person than the website, $154 with tax in VA, YMMV.

Picked these up Friday.

Had a $5 rebate from TSC so that is where the Irwin welding pliers came from.

I had 10% coupon and gift card for HD. So I was going to buy a ball peen with those. As I walked in, I saw the Dewalt display and talked to the guy in tools. He thought I should ne able to use both. Since I bought 20V stuff and still have my 18V Dewalt, I wanted the adapter.
I went to the self check out and tried it, Nope but the check out girl was cool about it. So I could use both, she knocked $15 off the Dewalt kit, put the rest on my HD card to get the additional 10% off and still had the gift card for $17.59. So I walked back over to the tool section and picked up the Estwing hammer.

The Vaugh hammer came from Menard's and had a $2 rebate for that.

Welpers, loosely translated, welder’s helpers. Used to clip the wire on Migs, and also to clean the MiG gun’s nozzle. Cheers, JimDon

Got some new comfort grip locking flex ratchets, they are super nice, happy with purchase so far.

Snagged that deal on Capri Hex sockets, came in size 2mm-19mm, in varying drive sizes. Nice little set, parts seem very nice.

Grabbed some Neiko locking extensions, mostly to to do spark plugs, pulled the keeper screws and put some lock tight on too just in case.

And I got a deal on some PowerBuilt Tools from a buddy, with a code, a set of ratcheting wrenches, and i picked up their tool roll because I couldnt afford the Atlas42 one (miUSA), and settled for this...and it's kinda laughable lol 14 pouches for wrenches, only 8 of my 12pc set even fit, and they are powerbuilt brand wrenches...The pockets are all inconsistent in sizing, and not big enough...

Still made in USA according to their website...

In January 2017, Ullman Devices was acquired by Saunders Midwest, however all manufacturing and customer service has remained in Connecticut.

Local princess auto was having a Channellock blowout so I picked up a few pieces, plus two Enkay 8” buff wheels, and two quick release vise grip 11” c-clamps. Everything was between 24-50% off, pretty good new tool day for me. Olfa craft knife was waiting in the mail from eBay. Cost maybe $5 and is a really nice little knife.

I was putting more outlets in metal outlet boxes (replacing porcelain ones) switching the barn over to LED shop lights last week so I snagged an 8mm nutdriver for the bolts to secure the outlets to the cover. Today the UPS dude brought me a 17mm hex socket from Tekton for the Beetle's transaxle. Hopefully he'll be by again tomorrow with the #3 phillips I ordered at least partially to check out Tekton's hard handle drivers. The patch showed up with a toque, I'm always losing hats so I try to keep more than I need on hand.

Flexible socket rail. Sold under 'Draper' brand on UK ebay.

Seen these posted here before and was curious to try one for sockets kept in a tool bag in my car. Sockets are a very tight fit, so they should not fall off, but are not easy to fit and remove.

That flexible socket rail is cool as hell Mr Lemons. I'm going to have to get one for the car tool kit for sure. In other news the UPS dude did indeed stop by again and he did have the #3 Phillips from Tekton. I ordered it both to have more than 1 #3 and to check out Tekton's hard handles and I gotta say, they're really nice! They're sort of like the Williams/SO hard handle shape only the contours are a little more exaggerated into the concave and the markings on the end of the handle are really nice. Yeah, I'm gonna want more of these! :D

Do you think there are any more of the Olfa craft knives available from the seller for that price?
