My set is a ultra steel 65 piece set from Walmart. For the price and being made in China, it is a pretty good set. I might upgrade to a set from Sk or Mac when funds allow but I'm satisfied with mine. I just wish the screwdriver had better grip.

Here's a Popular Mechanics set my late father-in-law got maybe fifteen or twenty years ago (1990's?) and he used it for everything. He needed to fix a mirror on his car, and before he could get to the hardware store, he saw one of those "buy-a-subscription-and-get-this-screwdriver-set-free" deals, and did it.

Two years of Popular Mechanics & the tool set. I figure it wasn't a bad deal for $25. All those years of use, and it's only missing one bit.

Here's the GearWrench set I bought here a while back. It's a nice set, with lots of cool extensions & doo-dads (my son sure likes playing with it) but I don't really care for it though; the handle is way too large for me.

This is my 1st post here, just want to share the Makita ratcheting screwdriver that I just bought at Princess Auto about 2 months ago, just can't pass on this one so I bought it, its not a Snap On, Matco or Sk but I think Makita is pretty good and I find them rare to see them selling a screw driver.

Welcome to the Forum and nice screwdriver.

I have the metric snap on set. It's very nice. I bought additional SAE hex bits and added them to the case

Oddly enough i was ordering this set when the thread popped up. I figure it has to be worth the $17.
