MAC customer service and I have a checkered past, but since I discovered a fabulous lady who works in the student discount side of the company, I have somewhat buried the hatchet.
The RBRT stuff is no joke, the hex has absolutely blown me away (some is Proto, from before said lady contacted me). No pic of the 3/8 hex set, it is at school doing what it does best, getting off sway bar end links....RBRT is friggin phenomenal at that job!
Just got a ton of extractors, and can't wait to try them....rusted shitbox central New England will not make me wait too long I'm sure!
Anyway, what do you have?.....

I don't have the pics on this phone but I have the 1/4" drive complete hex bit (so sae and metric) the 3/8" same setup and 3/8 ball hex same setup (both metric and standard) and I love them. I got the maintenance guys at work to get the proto versions. Some people think they are torx sockets. We broke one but it was operator error.
