Renegade, very nice design, I've never seen a toolbox incorporated with a table saw like that. Really takes advantage of usually unused space. I like it, thanks for posting.

This base is for my DoAll metal bandsaw which weighs ~750#. It is rock-solid, rolls good with steel wheels at the rear and rubber covered wheels at the front. It does take some effort to push the handle down as the 2 cams move on steel. My only goof was to make the handle grip too narrow, it was suppose to take my whole hand in it, and I have no idea how I managed to 'shrink' it. But it still works fine.

Very nice job Renegade and you used my all time very favorite material, phenolic euro birch ply, its the best and I like what you did; very nice job. Cheers

Thanks! I love this ply, it's such a great utility material & looks decent enough as is. We must of had 10 drafts of 5/8 & 1/2 we use it for refacing conc forms & building custom forms. I use it for everything, super strong stuff & holds screws well.

Thanks, I always look at HD for those cheap husky boxes on clearance, they make great storage add ons.
