I am sure this isn't a new idea but I thought I would share with you guys. I have been using old shower curtain liners when I have to lay in the snow. It doesn't do much for the cold but they fold up small so they take up very little space in the truck and keep you dry.

Don't get much snow down this way, but lay down in some fire ants and they will "make your day." For getting down in the garage over the years, have found that large piece of cardboard works best for me. Very seldom use creeper.

+1 on the fire ants! :shocking: Had 1 sting the top of my foot while visiting Naples, FL. Dam* thing blistered and was sore for > a week, can't imagine what a swarm would do.

I use cardboard too. Every time we get an appliance, I snag the box.

Just don't lay a vinyl shower curtain on a painted vehicle. I did that once as a motorcycle cover, ruined the paint on the tank.

Where I hang my hat.
Pick up the old advertising banners at gas stations and pizza places. They will glady give them up as they are usually just thrown out. They are tougher than shower curtians by a good bit. Keep one folded up in each of my vehicles next to the jack.
