Wow! I'm no concrete guy but it looks like there are a lot of idiots doing concrete work these days. Even a few of the "professionals" I have talked to told me that a footer and re-bar is overkill......WHAT!!?? Does anybody believe expansion joints? How about re-bar on stools? No wonder I always end up doing everything myself.
