Hey, does anyone have that 7 drawer side box for the harbor freight box? It's supposed to clip on the side of the box...can the bottom drawer still open if its sitting on the ground?

I'm out of space in my Milwaukee tool chest stack and want to add something cheap and small like that but my Milwaukee box doesn't have a lip where I can hang a box. I'm thinking of snagging this and either just throwing it on the ground next to it or adding casters to the bottom of it. Thoughts/opinions? Is there anything else out there that might work better for me?

Yes, the bottom drawer can be opened when it's sitting on the ground.
You can also make an insert to to put under it with casters.
Some members are using the box as stand alone drill press or grinder stands.

Another option would be to cut the hanging lip off one side and bolt (4 bolts minimum) the box to the side of your Milwaukee. If your existing box is 26", you'll want support under the side box to keep the weight from tipping the boxes over. Keep weight distribution in mind.
