So I decided it was time to expand my box at work as tools were piling up. A search for side-box tool boxes was pretty surprising! Why are they so expensive when they aren't very large? I ended up getting one 12x12x24 for $100, but it took a minute. It was formerly a van tool box and will need painting and a couple drawer pulls, but I'm still way cheaper than new(including my time). I probably could have sold my triple stack and bought a new one for work, but then I'd have to move all the tools over and thats too much effort.
