There was an update to the site happening this week. Maybe he fell through the cracks?My bud Bryar U has been trying to sign up for a week. Did he do something wrong?

It does say he's awaiting moderation. I'm not sure why though. Did he get an email to follow to activate his account ? Maybe check a SPAM folder ?

There's an account set up. I can see that but in the upper right, it says "awaiting moderation."
My suggestion is the date he noted for his birthday.it indicates a minor . have him change that and see what happens
again I suggest your friend input a birth date that is not minor.
The one field I look at is "coppa user awaiting moderation." I strongly suspect this is his issue

I see his birth date has changed, but still showing as coppa awaiting moderation. although he did post yesterday . I dunno.
he now shows as registered user. is he getting a message when he tries logging in?
