Got pretty late and cold Saturday, electrician hurrying to finish up. #4 URD is tough to strip when it’s warm. My knife was sharper than the one he was used to. White neutral wire now mismarked as hot ( red).

Reached my hand into a box of wire staples yesterday and had the pointy bit slide up under my nail. That felt great

Yes, we all know, just part of anything we do.
I am now at the age that my skin peels easily. Cannot work on anything (and especially vehicles with the tight spaces and edges sticking out everywhere) without some wounds.
I like to look at the upside since I refuse to just sit down and quit doing things. I am getting a newborns skin look from all of the light colored scar tissue areas!

Because of a broken blade that hit me in the nose, I quit using razor knives several years ago; the number of cuts on my hands have gone down exponentially. It might be a coincidence but I doubt it.

I dunno about your shop, but in my shop the Shop Gods demand blood sacrifice every so often... I give a little every so often, so I hopefully I won't have to give a lot one day.

It's usually the edge of some piece of sheet metal for me.

Got myself pretty good a few weeks ago. Down in a steam pipe tunnel and was breaking a porcelain keyless with a hammer. That's about the sharpest thing out there

The edges of 1900 boxes seem to have a way of getting me.

I somehow cut something every time I work on the truck. Even just a silly little oil change ended up with a cut on my forearm.
