Here's a sign often seen in Canadian Tire lots around Toronto, this one you now see in my garage.

Another on a truck here, He,He............almost as good as the ones I used to see on trucks in Montreal-- RAPID ERECTION and PURPLE TOOL RENTALS

I don't have a shot of it anymore, but there was a Kentucky Fried Chicken in Oakhurst CA that had a sign up that I thought was really funny. "Drive Thru All you can eat buffet" I always wondered how that worked. Did you get a new plate each lap? Do you tell them what you want to eat or do they just load up the plate for you?

Many cemeteries in my area have "not responsible for accidents" signs.

Never really figured that one out.

Years ago, the original Hooters in Clearwater FL had posted on their sign, "Only a Rooster gets a better piece of chicken'. That one was memorable for some reason.

When the U of A handicapped bus comes around to our shop again for its annuals, I'll snap a pic of the "NO STANDING" sign in front of all the wheelchair mounts.

Not a seat on this bus, its all chair mounts.

I finally found a "SLOW CHILDREN PLAYING" sign to hang up in my garage.
Whenever we drive by one, I always point to it and tell my son "They mean you."

Punctuation is so important. With a comma, it says "Hey, slow down--there's kids playing in the neighborhood."
Without the comma, it means "Hey, watchit! Retards on the lawn!"

A favorite sign of mine was sighted in 1980 at the Handicap Parking Space of the Chief Petty Officers Mess at Naval Station, San Diego, California.

IF YOU ARE NOT HANDICAPPED WHEN YOU PARK HERE, YOU WILL BE WHEN YOU LEAVE

Political Correctness has removed a lot of the color we used to use in our speech

Where I live there is a business called "Beaver Drilling" which is right across the road from "Down Hole Tools".

On a mobile drill rig,Barneys hole drilling,"your hole is our goal".,And on a porta potty vacuum truck,Juans vacuum service and "bean soup delivery" lost my appetite on that one.

A local well drilling company uses the owners initials and his last name.
I suggested another business would be septic pumping and name it M.T. Bowles.
He thought he had enough work as it was.

An auto body shop in town has this slogan on their T-Shirts:

"Good Bodywork is No Accident"

A towing company up the street has this on the boom of their heavy recovery truck:

"We're not asking for an arm and a leg...Just a Tow"
