Sika Crack Fix, not hardening?

So I bought some Sika Crack fix, to fix a small crack in my walkway, probably 3' long and 1/4" wide. I jammed some rubber moulding into the crack so I wouldn't lose it all and then filled the crack up.

The first third and last third of the crack are solid, rock hard. but the center is like a glue stick in consistency.

What the heck happened? And how do I fix this now? It's been 9 days, the hard parts were hard the next morning. Temps were above 15C. Although now they are hardly above freezing, I'm worried if I don't fix it next week when it's supposed to warm back up I won't get another chance before winter.

Any help would be great.

Honestly, the best advice you'll probably get on this is to shoot an email off to Sika and include a date code of the tube if you still have it.

I unfortunately do not have the tube, I used it up, and tossed it, garbage came the next day. I didn't really expect this could be an issue. I had used 3 tubes in my garage to fix spalling a month or two ago and it worked excellent.

I sent them an email on Wednesday, with no reply. And calling the only information I was able to get was what they have available on the pdf and being asked stupid questions like if I cut the tube open and mixed it with something before application or if I tried to thin it out (it's damn near thinner than water already).

Sika normally provides a very good product and will stand behind it. I am sure that if you get ahold of them they can provide you with a remedy, sadly I bet it will require removing the "bad" filler.
