Sikaflex saw cuts before or after?

Question for the experts...
When using sikaflex, is it best practice to fill saw cuts prior to coating the floor or after? I would like to do it prior but unsure of off gas or bonding issues.

Using Hellfire to coat floor.

With sikaflex? I believe after, as it's flexible and will crack the coating. It can also discolor the coating. I used extremeset, which goes before (but is much more rigid)
