I filled my saw cuts with Sikaflex self-leveling sealant today. First time I've used such a product. Worked great. The saw cuts were about 1" deep so I used a foam backer to make the depth about 1/4" (width of cut was about 1/8"+). Some have recommended taping to prevent messing up the surface, but I did not find that necessary. It does take a lot of patience and a steady hand to squeeze out the right amount and keep the tip in the groove. (Looks white on the photos but is really a light gray).

I taped mine & then leveled the sealant with a small squeegee, waited about 10 minutes to be sure it did not settle & then pulled the tape. I did about 600 linear feet this way & although it took some time, it turned out excellent. I had no separation on any small cuts, but the Sikaflex did crack on the larger troweled joints between the separate pads after 1.5 years. I used 13 large tubes filling these.

I used the stuff too after epoxy. Worked great. Even when it gets greasy, when I clean the floors (scrub with simple green hot water), power wash, stubborn spots get a bit of thinners to lift grease, they look great again.

Its a self leveling product so (to my knowledge) requires no work after applying.

I have used outside along a garage base to seal a concrete seam after putting in the foam backer rod, works great. Going on a few years now. Talking winter climate w/ snow and freeze/thaw cycles.

They sell the 'bigger' tubes which require the bigger caulk gun, best bang for the buck there. Can buy at Home Depot.
