I'm looking to seal the expansion joints in my garage. I want to use Sikaflex Self-Leveling Sealant but read it was very thin hence the self leveling. My garage is pitched quite a bit and was wondering if this product will run down the joint an pool up at the other end of the garage floor causing a major problem? If so does anyone know of a product I can use? BTW I plan on filling most of the expansion joints with the rope product first.

It is somewhat thin and will definitely self level. Best is to buy it and try a little to see how far/fast it goes. You could to it in stages/layers if that's the product you really want.

I've used it and the stuff works well. Had to do in stages/layers also due to pitch.

Visit Sika's web site. They have a bunch of different sealants, most of which are non-sag and will be more appropriate.

Sikaflex web site is crazy. Too much information. Can someone narrow the field?

If you have any degree of pitch in your driveway, I would not recommend using the Sikaflex Self Leveling Sealant. It is extremely flowable and will definitely pool, causing an inconvenience. A better option is Sikaflex Construction Sealant limestone color or Sikaflex Mortar Fix, if you want a sealant with more of a texture. Link for Sikaflex Construction Sealant and Link for Sikaflex Mortar Fix
