Anyone know anything about it? I understand a lot of the pros use the sikafloor line. I have the opportunity to buy all I need for my 1800sf for a couple of hundred dollars. Actually the seller has enough for 15,000 sf and he's asking $1,000 for all of it. He says it's a part A and B plus a C that is the color. I just don't know how it compares to 100% solid stuff or polyureas. It does say low or no odor. Any info appreciated.

I use a lot of Sikaflex, quality stuff from those guys. Roofs, window sealing, casting poly bushings, windshield seal, very versatile.

Sika makes a few good epoxies which we have used. My only suggestion is to find out how long it has been since they were made, epoxies have various shelf lifes, the catalyst is the most sensitive to time and air. Determine if they are 100% solids, W/B or S/B, then you can decide how much you really need to get to the right thickness for your floor.

I have used sikafloor , one batch was out of date by 2 yrs, got it for a case of beer .
it came out perfect but of course i ran out and had to spend $300 for a second kit .
great stuff ...but it was only 2 parts one was 6 litre and the other about 3.

I've learned that it is a trowel down floor that is extremely high quality but the whole trowel down idea for 1800 sf definitely leaves me out.
